What we got was good. Nitro wasn't working and various bakery items sold out, visited around 11am.Staff very friendly. A bit crowded with people which made it seem smaller inside.Parking: Tricky to get into the parking area. Most arrows point as exit only. Had to drive down another street and circle around. Confusing for travelers.

The workers here are always quick and so nice!:) Theyve never gotten an order wrong and it's one of the best starbucks I've been to!Parking: The parking lot is a little weird and a bit cramped but theres usually plenty of open spaces

10-15-2023 I went here. The baristas at this Starbucks DO NOT know how to make any drinks apparently. Every time I've gone they don't make any drinks right, and they are extremely rude. Whoever was working the drive through at 6 pm had so much attitude over a simple question I asked. This Starbucks needs to be RE-TRAINED ASAP.
After i left drive through with three large drinks and attemped to carry them in to house i lost one one the porch that exploded. A $7 drink gone, huge mess over floor. Looking back maybe a cup carrier could be offered. I should have made 2 trips from car to house, i realize that. A cup carrier being offered may be the way to do it.

This review isn't about the service. The team is busting their butts and I'm only writing this in support of them. Whatever manager made the decision to remove the condiments bar and directed me to ask for them clearly doesn't realize how rude that is to me and to their employees. There is a constant line of vehicles at the drive thru, plenty of app orders that keep the staff busy. I hate to have to ask them for stuff when they're too busy to do it. All I want is a touch of cinnamon and a stirrer. Now I haven’t been to Starbucks for some time because I prefer to help local businesses, but today I made an exception. I won't make this mistake again. Bottom line bring back condiments.

I was told this store charges for cinnamon or nutmeg for your coffee. How ridiculous is that? Yet, young adults, maybe college age, came in and asked for three cups with lids and ice and were NOT charged for them. Hmmm makes no sense to this 60 year old woman and $12.51 for two cups of coffee.
