Ordered thru Uber and the last 3 orders wrong or missing . Called and they say oh well call uber!? Seriously?!
Placed an online order before i left hotel so wouldnt take long. By the time i got there it was 15min and it wasnt even started! Had to wait another 15 minutes. They seem to cater to the drive thru amd not online orders or people inside. My daughter got there before me and she waited almost 30 minutes for her order. And they had enough workers there. This Starbucks is HORRIBLE when coming to serving customers. How is it drive thru gets their drinks ASAP compared to people inside....read full review
I absolutely love this Starbucks. Employees are amazing and kind every time I go. Today I my drink didn’t taste how I usually get (RARELY HAPPENS) and I called and asked to get it remade. Chris working was so helping and sweet about the whole situation and made me delicious drink. I appreciate having a location I can go to and consistently have great experiences with.
