Nice and friendly bartenders. Smoked Porkchop with jalapeño chimichurri was awesome. It was almost like a refined high quality BBQ rib. One of the best meals I’ve had this year.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Our party of 10+ enjoyed The James bar vibe over their dining vibe, but the food we did have was very good. The environment is warm & welcoming whether it be morning or night. We had a blast, and honestly the bartenders both Friday & Saturday night made our experience top notch! They were conversational, knowledgeable of the area, friendly, easy going, funny, and overall the high-light of our stay. They handled our large party with ease and respect. We were definitely loud and roudy and they adapted to that ? and made our stay pleasant.Billy & Hunter are both class acts and next time we visit the area, we hope they're working because they will be the reason we stay in the Holiday Inn again. ?If you stay here, definitely consider a sit down at The James, and when you do, i hope you have a chance to meet these two wonderful bartenders! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

myself and a group of friends spent this past weekend in Williamsport for a pool tournament and we stayed at the Holiday Inn, and this bar was located inside the hotel. 10/10 highly recommend if you’re in the area (it is open the public, you don’t need to be a guest of the hotel to access the bar/restaurant). We had both breakfast and dinner, and all of the food was excellent! However our bartenders, Billy & Hunter (aka Jimmy and Jessica) were absolutely FANTASTIC and I give them all the credit for the great experience we had. They were very attentive, super super super nice, and so much fun. Billy is a funny laid back guy, and Hunter will make you the best lemon drop martini you ever had!If we’re ever back in the area, we will absolutely be back.

I’m staying in The Holiday Inn Express and ordered room service from The James. A simple order of chicken wings (crispy) and a house salad. The food was delivered on time and was excellent. The wings - perfectly cooked. Not too crispy and not rubbery. Well done, well done indeed. The house sale was equally excellent. Their Lemon dressing is delicious.

This place is located in the hotel that I was staying at, so it was convenient to order dinner from there. They do not offer room service in the part of the hotel that I was in, but they do deliver to your room for a small fee.The girl who took my order over the phone was so nice & very friendly, but the food was much to be desired.I ordered the Roasted Vegetable & Gruyere Paniniroasted root vegetables sandwich and it was one big sloppy mess & not at all what I was expecting. Everything fell out of the sandwich on the first bite as they really pack the veggies in there! I wasn’t crazy about the sauce it comes with or whatever it was cooked in- it had an odd taste that I was not very fond of.I was really craving the Brussels sprouts but they weren’t roasted or crispy how I like them & a real disappointment as was the entire meal. And to make matters worse…they serve Hunts ketchup with their fries!! Why?! Heinz ketchup is 1000% better than Hints!

Food and service very good. All beer taps were out of service due to failed CO2 system so no draft beer.

WOW! We were looking for a place to eat after seeing the abandoned bunkers. We checked in, and the concierge told me about the restaurant located in the hotel. We ordered the Brussel appetizer and the burger with sweet fries. Both were delicious. The sprouts were so tasty. I usually don't eat them. The patty on the burger was cooked just right. No pink, not dry, & not greasy. I would give them a 100..... complements to the chef. Our waitress Kayla was sweet and paid attention to the details. Thank you for your kindness. All the staff is wonderful and amazing.

Delightful outdoor dining on the patio on a summer evening. Waitress was new and it showed, but she tried very hard to make everyone happy. Husband loved his steak salad and my crab and shrimp cake was good, but not exceptional. There was no pressure to finish up so they could turn the table on a fairly busy evening. Would recommend.
