We enjoyed diner out last night on the patio, lovely atmospere and the food was delicious, however, service was severely understaffed! Not sure if they were inside where there were only a few dining or what but we must commend our server, Stephani... she was fabulous and did everything she could to keep up with all her tables. Our party of 10+ enjoyed The James bar vibe over their dining vibe, but the food we did have was very good.
The environment is warm & welcoming whether it be morning or night. We had a blast, and honestly the bartenders both Friday & Saturday night made our experience top notch! They were conversational, knowledgeable of the area, friendly, easy going, funny, and overall the high-light of our stay.

myself and a group of friends spent this past weekend in Williamsport for a pool tournament and we stayed at the Holiday Inn, and this bar was located inside the hotel. 10/10 highly recommend if you’re in the area (it is open the public, you don’t need to be a guest of the hotel to access the bar/restaurant).
