“Quite possibly the best bar in Williamsport. The staff is excellent and very friendly. The bartenders are happy to answer any questions or give you prices ahead of time (which is very nice if you're experimenting with drinks).
Planet does karaoke when they're open and its great fun.
The space is quite small and gets crowded easily, but the energy is still fantastic. this bar is a judgement-free zone, come with whomever makes you happy. The food is par for bar treats, but not overly priced which makes grabbing a quick bite convenient. I only wish they had more meat-free options, but I've heard everything is pretty decent. I will continue going here as long as I am in-town. Highly recommend!“

“This is a premium dive! It's dark, kind of gross, and filled with smoke. Draft beers? Nope. Wide selection of bottles beers? Nope. Surely they have a good liquor selection... Absolutely not! “Stopped in on our way home from New York to PA. It was only a few miles off Route 15. Servers worked together to make a great experience for everyone! We never had to wait or ask for anything. Drinks filled quickly! Food was awesome! I had the loaded potato soup and a tossed salad. Hubby had the Mama bear roast beef sandwich and it was quite hearty. Definitely a gem! “I was there on Sunday August 20th to hear the band and have a few drinks. The band was amazing to say the least. Turkey hoagie very good as well as my Captain and Coke. I'm very glad that we have a local pub/bar with entertainment that is within a mile radius of Lake Wynonah. That is the great news however: I do have some concerns for the owner and establishment.It appeared to me that the bartenders there on Sunday we're very unexperienced and didn't have any training. They appeared lost on the POS system and the one was way over pouring drinks. The wait time for the food was entirely too long for the crowd that was there.I am kind of disappointed because I really want this place to survive and do well. Having 6 years of experience in successfully managing a bar, I'm not sure if Southern Grill will survive if there are not protocols put in place and people trained well to work as a team.I really hope I'm wrong because I really enjoyed myself over the weekend.“

“I used to love this place but last time I was there my waiter tried to bill me for chilled glasses he brought out when my party drank from the cans anyway. Mind you tried billing $5 a glass and brought a new glass every drink. Maybe I’m out of touch but I’ve never heard of this it’s a cute little place good food nice area cool venue but it ain’t no Hell’s Kitchen“

Don’t order the KING Prime Rib unless you want leftovers! Kids menu is a plus. Walked over to the Dairy Shack and all got Penn State Creamery ice cream for dessert. Perfect family night! “We enjoyed diner out last night on the patio, lovely atmospere and the food was delicious, however, service was severely understaffed! Not sure if they were inside where there were only a few dining or what but we must commend our server, Stephani... she was fabulous and did everything she could to keep up with all her tables. She was attentive, apologetic for the wait and extremely courtious. She deserves recognition for her efforts! This is a we'll go again soon, for sure but, maybe not on a Friday night! “Was back out here after going to college in the town, finally of legal drinking age and having fun. Celebrated getting engaged here with close friends and my fiance and have always been welcomed. Except back in college when I got arrested, but I now have a t shirt celebrating that!
Staff is always great, other customers generally are, and when I dropped my wallet, the management helped me get it back in record time. Will be going back!“
