“ordered a few items for delivery as a weekend treat, one being 1/2 dozen bagels for my family. the manager promptly called me and informed me the bagels i requested were out of stock and offered me other options.

although i opted for a refund instead - having the manager call and be apologetic/offer other options was huge, he was so polite and accommodating and they even gave me an extra cookie for free.

I really applaud the manager at this location, it’s so difficult to find great customer service and someone who actually cares about what they do. unfortunately, it is a saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend, so i totally get it and it’s understandable they were out of the bagels! keep up the great work.“

“I went in looking for a specific drink, while they didn't have it on the menu, they made it right on the spot for me! That's real service right there! The food is amazing! “Just visited Uncle Bobbie's Coffee and Books and I'm highly upset that I live in VA and can't experience this place on a regular basis. I had a great time. the space is so warm and inviting. I love coffee and books and black spaces and I experienced all three. The staff was friendly' attentive, and helpful. My iced Chai and almond croissant were delicious. And I could have spent all day perusing the books and other merchandise. In the end I bought three books, three stickers, a bookmark, and a t-shirt. I'll definitely purchase more on the website. And I'll definitely visit again the next time I'm in Philly.“

“I love Adelie Coffee House. The coffee is simply delicious! It's rich, smooth, aromatic, soothing - like a warm blanket fresh out of the dryer. I've only tried the cheese danish. It was very good. The baristas are great - all of them. The coffee house itself is bare bones, yet clean and cozy. You have the option to sit outside if you like. I'm so glad this little gem is right down the street from my house.💜“

“I’m so happy to have Froot in my neighborhood. Everything is delicious. The banana stand and flamingo smoothies are my fave. And today I tried a CYO wrap with chicken, arugula, cranraisins, cucumbers and hummus and it was sooooo good. My daughter, who is a very picky eater, loves their açaí bowl and the weekend waffles. We love Froot and are so happy to have a healthy takeout option so close to home.“

Our server Jessica was very welcoming. My wife enjoyed the corned beef special on gluten-free bread. She said it tasted like real deli corned beef. I got a large hunk of Reuben quiche (it was Quiche of the Day) and it was delicious! Large chunks of corned beef, cheesy, and a yummy crust. “What the heck did I get myself into. I googled cafes in this part of town because I was on a Sunday morning business trip. I pull up to the cafe with two entry doors which said members only……. Hesitant, I still proceeded to enter. Unsure of what I was going to encounter I felt like Liam Neesen in the movie Taken. It was a cafe filled with Eastern Europeans from middle age to elderly men mostly smoking cigars and cigarettes, mind you it’s 830am Sunday morning. I walked over to the cafe and asked for an espresso to go. Great coffee and great environment. This has to be the coolest cafe I have ever visited, I wish I got the gentleman’s name who pulled my shot he was really nice. Not sure if I was allowed to enter or not, hopefully I can come back and have a conversation along with another espresso.“

“This is not a sit down/order restaurant. You go up to order and it is brought to your table. Staff is friendly and while we were there for breakfast, there was a constant line. Not unbearable but nonetheless, a line to order. Food quality was good. Two eggs, bacon & fruit cup with water was approx $16.00. Easily accessible and close to shops.“
