“The food is fine, the service is even fine just don't expect to receive your order on-time if you order ahead. I typically order before heading into work and it's never ready at the specified time. I'm usually waiting an additional 10-15 minutes longer. My order said it would be ready around 6:39, i received a message that my order was behind at 6:45. I didn't get my food until 6:53. Overall, the staff are friendly but just make sure to order week ahead of time“

“This is exactly what you want from a small counter service shop. The pastries and menu items are unique to the area and very flavorful. Items marked spicy are truly spicy, so be careful if you're sensitive to spice. The dining area is cozy but not cramped. Food and drinks are ready fast, and the staff is friendly and attentive.“

“Loved dropping in here on a Saturday. Very relaxed vibes walking in here, perfect for a relaxed meet up, coffee or quick bite. My wife and I ordered the Ume Plum Tea, Vietnamese Latte, Khang’s Special Banh Mi, Crispy Tofu Banh Mi, and Doenjang Butter Fries. The Ume Plum Tea is so unique, and their Vietnamese Latte is the best I’ve had. Their food portions are big, and will definitely leave you full. Highly recommend this place!“

“My husband and I went to Meadowlark Bakery and Cafe this morning after learning that they hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for those who needed a place to go. We try to support places that support those in the community and do good. We’ve been there before for coffee and pastries, which are amazing, but we never had any other food. We have been missing out! We both got a breakfast sandwich and they were amazing! My biscuit was light and buttery, our eggs were perfectly fried, and both sandwiches had generous amounts of breakfast meat and came with tots. They had a wonderful Santa for the kids and a nice warm enclosed area for eating. Meadowlark, thank you for being a part of our community and helping those in need. It does not go unnoticed and we will absolutely be back to support you, your business, delicious food, and the good you are doing!“

On one occasion my partner rushed in to let our toddler use the toilet then offered to buy something but was met with reassurances there was no need. He gave her a free coffee.

“Some of the best black coffee I’ve had! I’m originally from Illinois. While the cafes I’ve been to in that state are good, this place didn’t water it down, and I didn’t even ask for strong black coffee like I normally would in Illinois. Very polite people! Got my drink in like a minute or two. Went well with my walk around the area!“

“The place was crowded on a Friday eve. They were out of ube ice cream. I got the matcha soft serve instead which was pretty good. They have generic flimsy plastic spoon utensils that you just grab - wish they have more hygienic ones that they give to you in your ice cream or those sealed single use wooden ice cream scoopers.

The place is nothing fancy and not for a quiet sit down but you can get your ice cream or drink here to go.“

“I love Adelie Coffee House. The coffee is simply delicious! It's rich, smooth, aromatic, soothing - like a warm blanket fresh out of the dryer. I've only tried the cheese danish. It was very good. The baristas are great - all of them. The coffee house itself is bare bones, yet clean and cozy. You have the option to sit outside if you like. I'm so glad this little gem is right down the street from my house.💜“

“The Love. was simply incredible! We came here with our 6 year old son. Our waiter was fabulous and very accommodating to our 6 year old which you don’t always find in Rittenhouse. The atmosphere was light and airy and the food was great! Make sure to try their Dubai Chocolate Sundae and if you’re going with children they do have special kids cups and will accommodate the menu for them.“

“Just went to Sunday girl for the first time and the service was wonderful!! Such kind and caring staff and they make the drinks with care. Super creative drinks. They have a lot of cute memorabilia you can buy and some goods made from local artists which is very neat. The atmosphere is wonderful and it's so cute inside. I love that they support their community and are involved in events. They are all about kindness which I love, I only wish they would extend that kindness a little further and not upcharge those who avoid supporting the dairy industry. $1 per drink for non cow milk seems unnecessary. I hope they consider this and adding more vegan things to the menu instead of having cow milk (exploitation of women's reproductive systems!) in most of their items since the dairy industry is notoriously unkind.“

They were honest and said one felt hard and dry, so they suggested another flavor that wasn’t. That impressed us. Then they answered our questions about best selling latte flavors and what some flavors were. Not only were they informative and gave their personal suggestions, but they were very courteous and kind.“

The best shisha I have ever smoked, the atmosphere is nice ((very calm music)), the place helps you study or complete some transactions on the computer, without disturbance from customers, and the place was clean and well ventilated. The bathroom was also clean. The service was excellent with brother Adel. He was very nice. The tobacco was fresh and the charcoal was clean, with no smell or taste.“
