I'm usually waiting an additional 10-15 minutes longer. My order said it would be ready around 6:39, i received a message that my order was behind at 6:45. I didn't get my food until 6:53. Overall, the staff are friendly but just make sure to order week ahead of time“

Amazing bolos de belem(Portuguese style donut) Their breakfast sandwiches are fantastic and their version of a Portuguese classic, the bifana (thinly sliced pork cutlets typically marinated in white wine, garlic, paprika, and lard, served on a soft, crusty bread roll) is outstanding! Staff is also very friendly, highly recommend!“

My wife and I ordered the Ume Plum Tea, Vietnamese Latte, Khang’s Special Banh Mi, Crispy Tofu Banh Mi, and Doenjang Butter Fries. The Ume Plum Tea is so unique, and their Vietnamese Latte is the best I’ve had. Their food portions are big, and will definitely leave you full. Highly recommend this place!“

“My husband and I went to Meadowlark Bakery and Cafe this morning after learning that they hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for those who needed a place to go. We try to support places that support those in the community and do good. We’ve been there before for coffee and pastries, which are amazing, but we never had any other food. We have been missing out! We both got a breakfast sandwich and they were amazing! My biscuit was light and buttery, our eggs were perfectly fried, and both sandwiches had generous amounts of breakfast meat and came with tots. They had a wonderful Santa for the kids and a nice warm enclosed area for eating. Meadowlark, thank you for being a part of our community and helping those in need. It does not go unnoticed and we will absolutely be back to support you, your business, delicious food, and the good you are doing!“

“The first time I went I had to wait about 25 minutes for my food because there were many orders ahead of time which I didn’t know about . Once I received my food it was delicious , making the wait worth it . They were nice and is careful with your food . They are so not stingy at all with the sandwiches .

“Some of the best black coffee I’ve had! I’m originally from Illinois. While the cafes I’ve been to in that state are good, this place didn’t water it down, and I didn’t even ask for strong black coffee like I normally would in Illinois. Very polite people! “I love Adelie Coffee House. The coffee is simply delicious! It's rich, smooth, aromatic, soothing - like a warm blanket fresh out of the dryer. I've only tried the cheese danish. It was very good. The baristas are great - all of them. The coffee house itself is bare bones, yet clean and cozy. You have the option to sit outside if you like. I'm so glad this little gem is right down the street from my house.💜“

“The space is beautiful and thoughtfully curated. I ordered a tea and rather than being handed a cup of hot water with a tea bag in it, the tea was properly steeped with the tea bag removed so that I could enjoy without worrying about it being oversteeped—such a helpful touch!!“

I have been have trouble deciding between the BLP and the Chipotle Chicken Club so I’ve started getting both (BLP for breakfast and CCC for lunch). The food is incredible, but somehow still lives in the shadow of the service. Some environments just don’t allow negative energy and this is one of them. You walk in and are immediately greeted by the friendly owner and the smell of fresh coffee and some cheddar biscuits/coffee crumble cake. Not sure if I misheard but I’m pretty sure someone ordered a Rosemary Latte…. I didn’t know that was a thing, but I plan on investigating next time I go in. 10 out of 5 stars for sure!“

“The Love. was simply incredible! We came here with our 6 year old son. Our waiter was fabulous and very accommodating to our 6 year old which you don’t always find in Rittenhouse. The atmosphere was light and airy and the food was great! Make sure to try their Dubai Chocolate Sundae and if you’re going with children they do have special kids cups and will accommodate the menu for them.“

“It's a great place to go and relax with a shisha. The best shisha I have ever smoked, the atmosphere is nice ((very calm music)), the place helps you study or complete some transactions on the computer, without disturbance from customers, and the place was clean and well ventilated. The bathroom was also clean. The service was excellent with brother Adel. He was very nice. The tobacco was fresh and the charcoal was clean, with no smell or taste.“

Also, God help you if you try to get someone's attention. I feel like trying to make eye contact with the barista is some sort of social faux pas that I am not aware of.
