Dunkin' Donuts in Willow Grove

“They have the best Frozen coffee around. Every Dunkin Donuts is not created equal, this location should train all local locations asap! Also, the male manager(maybe owner) that works every morning is awesome! so is all the staff I come in contact with everyday, all of them friendly. I love this location, it is now my favorite 😍.“

“It’s a shame they have such terrible reviews. I go to this Dunkin very often because I work in the mall. My favorite part are the two ladies who work there. They are always so friendly and inviting. My drinks are always perfect. And I always get two cups of ice which they never give me an issue about compared to other places. The food is ok I would say. But everything else I love.“

I had an amazing experience. The manager was incredibly friendly and took my order with a smile. Even though they were very busy and constantly moving, she still took the time to make sure I was taken care of.

This was the first time at a Dunkin’ that someone actually asked me if everything was okay. That’s the kind of service I would expect from a full-service restaurant, not a Dunkin’.

The coffee was hot and delicious, the donuts were fresh, and they even placed them in a box instead of a bag. There were only two donuts, but because of the heat and how sticky they were, the extra care was appreciated.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I hope everyone gets the chance to visit this location.“
