The staff is amazing! They made me feel so comfortable that our special day would run smoothly. <3 The food was VERY delicious. Everyone was raving about the salmon! They brought us drinks and apps while we got our pictures taken so we didn't miss out on the cocktail hour. :) Lindsay was my go-to person who I could e-mail often and get a quick response. We hired Williamson Caterers for our rustic barn wedding and from the very first time I spoke with both Rick and Lindsay I was instantly confident that they would provide a great and worry free catering experience for our wedding. Not only were the prices extremely reasonable, the food was absolutely delicious. We hired Williamson to cater our wedding at the Highlands and they did an excellent job! We had a smaller wedding (about 64 guests) and they were the best option for us, as a lot of other caterers' fees were actually more expensive for parties under 100 people. We also were able to do a buffet, which we loved since it gave guests more variety!
