“i usually LOVE tacobell breakfast, it's my favorite!! and Willow Street TacoBell is my favorite place to go, but this morning the hashbrowns were very soggy. i called and got it replaced, the lady who answered was very kind and replaced it, but my replaced sandwich was just as soggy but i didn't want to be a bother by coming back and asking for a refund ): please keep crispy hashbrowns for the crunchwraps )):“

“I have to admit that I am a regular at this particular Subway. There is a reason for that. Whenever I go in, I am greeted warmly by the staff, and I go so often that they already know what my order is going to be. To me the bread is always fresh, as well as the vegetables. I've seen them baking the bread and sorting through the tomatoes to get the perfect ones. It is my belief that the manager sets high standards, and I've seen him there often both helping and guiding. I haven't tried many of their new creations, but I've seen them ordered. They look delicious. Chelsea is a delight and is a stalwart of the store. She leads the crew. Today we're in the middle of the Coronavirus situation, and for the first time, I'm not dining in. I'm doing a carry out. I'll miss eating there. But I MUST have my Subway!“

“I absolutely love this subway!!! The lady that is there in the morning during the week is so nice and even remembers me and my order after not being there in months! The consistency in the love put into making the sandwiches also shows when you order for delivery (which I just got this morning)!! The evening guy is an impersonal but I’ve also seen him working in the store in the AM so I just chalk it up to him maybe being tired 🤷🏽‍♀️ still not rude tho. I give this subway 5 stars all around!!!“

“Went through the drive thru and when I saw the line, I figured it would take a while. However, they had multiple workers outside in the rain taking orders and once ordered, they came back out and delivered my food as I was in line so you don't have to wait until you get to the window. I was in and out in 5 minutes which was super impressive. They were really on it during lunch hour and made sure to keep the line moving which was great. I've worked in customer service my whole life so I can appreciate when a business is working hard like that!“

“Me and my mother dined in here on 7/26/25. The staff were absolutely phenomenal. Colson in particular was just wonderful. He was upbeat, confident and incredibly willing to serve. When I asked for some extra ranch, he gave me as many as he could carry. All of the staff had smiles on their faces, and were clearly making the food with love. The restaurant itself was sparkling clean, and we got our food in under a minute. What a treat to come in here, on a Saturday at 12pm too, no less! We will ABSOLUTELY come again, fantastic job!!“

“My husband and I have been wanting to try Silantra for months and today we finally checked it out! We LOVE it!! The food is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. Our 11 year old son had a chicken and rice bowl with yellow coconut curry sauce and he wanted me to write that it had the perfect mix of spices and the chicken had a perfect texture. Five stars!! We will 100% be coming back!!“
