“This was my first time experience with Wok N Roll, and I am extremely satisfied not only with the excellent quality of food but also with the expertise of Jenny who took my order. I am an extremely particular eater, and I was very impressed with how well my instructions were followed. I placed an order for 6 dinners with particular adds and deletes to each dinner, and Jenny carried out each one perfectly. She even labeled each meal by name, so it would be easy to differentiate which meal was to go to which person. I would rate Wok N Roll with 10 stars if it were an option!!! “We were in Bangor and needed something quick and filling to eat at our hotel prior to going out for the evening. We saw some pictures of China Wok's food and thought it looked good. I used the online ordering system and it was super quick and easy. Admittedly, we only ordered chicken fingers and rice, because we wanted something "safe," but it was delicious. We grabbed their menu and it has a ton of all day combo meals and we will definitely try some of those the next time we go to Bangor. I am already planning to order from them when I am in the area again in May.“

Their food is always fresh, plentiful, and great tasting. Since the food is made fresh, it takes about ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes to prepare. Still not bad...I've tried The Shrimp Egg Foo Young, Shrimp Rolls, Shrimp w/ Broccoli, Fried Chicken Wings and more. I've NEVER been disappointed. The Shrimp w/ Broccoli is always hot, crispy and fresh. One will recieve enough for two people to eat. Check out the vast menu. Don't forget "The Fortune Cookies. They are the tasteful ending.The Owners are friendly and professional. It's a "GREAT" Experience. Just be mindful that everything is Carryout.This is a YUMM... YUMMM... “There was awhile that I wasn't happy with this Chinese restaurant because they were overcooking a lot of their food pretty much everytime we went. I have to say that every time I have gone to get Chinese food in the last year, I now pick this business bc they have really started to care about making great Chinese food again. When I call in, I do always make sure to say, "Please don't over cook things," just out of precaution, but I honestly think they must have either gotten a new cook, or maybe they are now focusing on making sure every order is done right, and cooked perfectly. I have to say that I am very impressed by the changes they have made to make their food and customer service better.I would recommend this Chinese food restaurant over any other Chinese food in the area bc it has been the local Chinese place since I was a child, and they improved their food dramatically in the last year. They used to have amazing food and for a couple of years it went downhill, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY NOW IT IS EVEN BETTER THAN WHEN WE WERE KIDS! (now meaning since 2023-present)I think as long as the owner keeps telling the cook(s) to make sure every plate comes out right and as long as they keep doing what they are doing to make sure every dish is delicious and cooked to perfection, they will continue to be the #1 Chinese food place in this area. I have changed my review to 5 stars again bc they really do deserve it now that they have made a huge effort to make quality chinese food again and to address the concerns of their customers, since a lot of us locals noticed things were not tasting as wonderful as they used to years ago.I think if you had a bad experience in the past few years, maybe you should call the owner and explain that you want to give the food a try again bc you heard they have improved and see for yourselves what I am talking about...but so far, since last year things have definitely changed in a good way and it is our family's choice again for Chinese food anytime we are in the mood for it!

“I just had a great experience. When they realized that I had a gluten allergy, they didn't stress but seemed knowledgeable regarding what I could have. They also brought out a gluten-free soy sauce for the table! It is a small but important add for someone with allergies at an Asian restaurant. Unexpectedly, we get to have rolls with soy sauce. (P.S. Due to my child's allergies, we started bringing our own small gluten-free soy sauce packs as many times the best a place can accommodate is with a steamed protein and veggie). Also, when they set down my meal, I know to re ask regarding what they needed to leave off my roll, and she didn't hesitate because she was about to confirm that the panko bread crumbs had been eliminated.
