“My husband and I were shopping and visiting family in the area. On our way home we decided to stop for some take-out before headed back up the mountain. We came across this little gem of a place. Los Compadres is a small restaurant big on Mexican charm. We both ordered burritos, Al Pastor and pollo. Once home, we dug right in and were pleasantly surprised! The burritos were huge and so tasty. We will definitely be trying more of their dishes.

Can you just add more sour creme instead??? He said he could not... it would mean an UP- charge!!!!An up- charge?? When your not giving me the cheese sauce and I just want to substitute sour cream??
