Don't miss these Stroudsburg Mexican restaurant gems.
“Register was down , with a long lunch rush line , which is something they could not help . The guys all got together and made it work to fulfill everyone's order and got them to utilize the online system to pay. Great Team !! And they were all young men , kudos to them for having such great work ethic at a young age ..“
“5 stars all around. Food, cheese enchiladas with red sauce and what I call Mexican cheese and Pollo platter, were excellent. Spicy but not overwhelming heat and then we could taste the other flavors. Coming from the so. Cal region, we miss Mexican food like this. Chips were ok and salsa was good. Guacamole was great keep in mind I dont like onion when I say this but it had a little too much onion for my liking. Refried beans were served in a side dish which isn't a west coast thing but maybe it should be. In addition to the food, our server was friendly, smiled, and was very attentive to our needs. The cook really cared about the presentation too. Pictures are of partcial plates as we started to eat before taking them. We will return if we can fit it into the rest of our trip. Enjoy!Parking: We parked on the metered street. Couldn't find other parking and didn't want to park next door in the KFC parking lot.“
“Me and a friend decided to go out for some drinks to enjoy the weather yesterday and came across this place. The out door seating was spacious and far enough away from the hustle of main street traffic. The server was wonderful and the margaritas delicious! We both order wraps and they took a lit bit of time, however you could tell everything in them was made absolutely fresh and they were incredibly delicious! 10/10, very excited to come back!“
“I went here about two weeks ago and I would give the food a 5, but I was choosing food that was out of my comfort zone and it didn’t turn out too great so I just threw it out, but other than that, it was great as usual. Taco Bell is normally busy any time I go there, but I was waiting with a dog in the car in the middle of a Sunday and it was done pretty fast. And of course my regular chalupa with chipotle sauce, nacho cheese and no beans was a hit ?“
“My daughter and I stopped by there today for the first time. I have seen it several times when I have been at the hair salon nearby but had not tried it as of yet. I ordered the fish tacos and my daughter got the chicken thigh bowl. Everything was fresh and was really tasty. I loved how crisp the soft taco wrap was and my daughter really enjoyed the bowl she ordered. The service was very quick and the young man beyond the counter was very helpful and very friendly. The restaurant was very clean and has unique tables and decor. I will definitely be back!“
“Vacationing in Poconos with the family and had a taste for tacos. Googled local places and Zacks popped up. Environment lives up to its name, we loved it. Hostess was welcoming and provided us with info on menu. Order came out timely as orders are made fresh. We ate in car to enjoy food warm but they do provide outdoor seating. WORTH IT!!! The food smelled great and tasted even better. Fresh ingredients, crispy nacos/tacos, hand crafted tortillas, tender seasoned meat (I'm drooling typing this). We highly recommend stopping by if in the area, you will not be disappointed. Cash only, but have ATM there.Kid-friendliness: Our kids are picky but ate all their food.“
“The lady who made my tacos was very friendly and had a great smile. Reasonably priced Mexican and Mediterranean food in small town Portland, PA. I went there for the first time and had a hearty taco (3 tacos) for $17. Reasonably priced and delicious.“
“Wow! Finally some Authentic Mexican that taste good. The staff is nice and friendly too. Got some loaded nachos with a side of fries. Nice large portions. They’re not cheap with the food. Very tasty. So far I love this place! It Was great! Highly recommend.“
“Been passing by this place for a while and finally decided to give it a shot. Ordered the Ghost Face Dilla with a side of plain curly fries. The quesadilla wasn’t as spicy as I had hoped for and is basically like chipotle sauce, but it was quite good nonetheless, and I give that a pass as I’m a big heatseeker, though I understand most people aren’t. The curly fries were also very good and I feel I got plenty of food for the $17 I spent. Staff was very friendly as well and I realized only as I was leaving that I happened to come in around closing time so I very much appreciate them taking my order. Only reason I’m leaving it at 4/5 is cuz I still find the name “Ghost Face Dilla” and the description misleading, but overall it was a positive experience and I will definitely order again in the future.“
“After a long day out my bf and I found this place thanks to a billboard in the highway. Decided to stop and it was great! We order the Fajita for 2 and let say the portion of the plate was enough for 5 people!! And, it was delicious!! Totally recommend!“
