“My server said her name was Ava when I had asked. I came in around. 5:40 today, and to say it was extremely busy, is an understatement. It was clear that the atmosphere was stressful, but Ava had kept her composure. As I watched her coworkers scramble, Ava had taken most of the orders from said coworkers and turned a lot of bad experiences, into great ones. I had watched her jump from order to order, position to position, from cashier to mobile orders, to back to cashier, to taking in store orders. It seemed like she was the only one who knew what she was doing. She was communicative, welcoming, and passionate about her job. Give her a raise!“
