“We decided to make a quick stop at Las Leyendas and what a GREAT decision that was!!! Valentina our server was awesome, super attentive and especially detailed in describing food heat levels which I appreciated very much. But this place won me over with their FRESHLY made tortillas; which believe it or not is an option to pick from. The appetizers were amazing; we picked Guac and the Chorizo one. The freshness was so obvious that it was hard to stop eating. By the time our main courses came we were stuffed but it didn't stop us from enjoying them both. Portions great, taste was great and the service was great. The spot in itself was a little unnoticeable from the busy Route 10 highway but they are worth the trip!! Find this jewel location and enjoy authentic tasting Mexican food. The atmosphere itself was also very cute, super clean and friendly. A must try if you're around this neighborhood. “Delicias Latinas is delicious! :) I love the atmosphere of the decor inside, and they are always keeping it cool, so if you opt to sit indoors, be mindful of needing something with sleeves. The decor is bright, the people are friendly, and there is usually music playing (or the TV is on). The food is authentic and well-made. I feel like this is one of the places that you can't go wrong, depending on what you order, because everything is good on the menu. Fun Fact: The family who owns this location owns the bakery going into the Morristown (from MP, on the left, by the laundry place) - it always has a crazy line in the morning, but they make the best corn biscuit/things, they are so, so good! I recommend coming here if you're in the mood for Latin food.“

Simple dish, but it's smell and taste were through the roof perfection. Three warm savory corn tortillas for each and each delectable. I can't say enough good things about Riviera Maya Mexican in Rockaway! This place has quickly become a favorite stop for me and my fellow soldiers during our drill weekends. The food is consistently fresh and absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options that never disappoint.

The service is always fast and friendly, making us feel right at home every time we visit. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience, which is truly appreciated, especially when we come in with a group of about a dozen.

We had our food there only and why not, why miss the cool ambiance & music… we enjoyed our food out there…

“I walked in out of the blue. The place is quiet and unassuming. I was greeted as I approached the counter. They were very, very welcoming. After a little bit it was like we knew each other well. They made me feel very comfortable. The food was very good with lots of flavor. My order came out relatively quick. We talked and I watched the game (MTY vs AME). I had a great experience and was very impressed with this place. I highly recommend anyone give it a try. Also, prices are very good and worth every penny!“

The food was very good and done at the time we requested (we placed a special request to get it done right away - bad planning on our part - thanks for helping). in addition, we received our food the exact way we requested it and nothing was missing. My only minor complaint is that the burrito is smaller than some places but it was well worth $10, which is a fair price. Everything else was priced fairly as well with large quantities and in most instances cheaper than other places The chicken tacos and nachos was a large, very tasty serving. I received a complimentary lunch box from David so I could see the presentation and try the food that I purchased for the local heroes. I was completely blown away! They were prompt, professional and the local heroes LOVED the FOOD and SERVICE! My box was amazing! I received a breaded chicken cutlet sandwich with condiments. Also inside my box was a pasta salad and a fruit salad. But, it didn't end there, I also had 2 of the most delicious cookies I have ever tasted and a bag of chips. I was so happy with the quality, taste and amount of food that I received. I also wanted to try the takeout dinners. I ordered chicken marsala, chicken parmesan, garlic shrimp, penne vodka, rice and salads. Wow! Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, it did. The food is truly amazing! “My wife and myself were at Latin American Restaurant in Boonton, NJ. We are from out of town looking for home cooking, let me tell you, this was the most delicious food we've had since we've been here. The restaurant is clean and the owner stayed and talked to us for a long while. I had the steak smothered with onions, salad, white rice, black beans and maduros(sweet plantains). You get large portions, my wife took her left overs to the hotel for later. My wife is a very picky eater and she loved everything that was served. The staff was great and we felt very comfortable taking our time with our dinner. We surely will be back before we go home and will recommend this restaurant to our friends and family.“

I'm not Columbian, so I can't vouch for authenticity, but I really enjoyed how it tasted. I just got carne asado with plantains and rice. Great price and portion (everything was ~$13), very filling, and you can tell there was effort put into it. I was there at around 11pm and the staff were so friendly and energetic for it being so late at night. They couldn't speak good English and I couldn't speak good Spanish but they were extremely patient and took my order quickly. It's a very welcoming place and I enjoyed the very filling and well made food for a good price.“
