“I was there on friday around 6 pm. After I left, I discovered that my car had a flat tire and I was filling it with air in the parking lot. A worker came outside with an attitude and she asked what I was doing. I explained that my tire is flat and that it's not safe for me to drive until I fill it up. She kept giving me ignorant advice and told me that I should just "go home", simply because she wanted me to leave. Whoever she was, someone please put that employee in check because she needs to mind her own business.“
“Serenity is the employee you want in every restaurant. We were in drive thru & not sure what to order! She was so gracious & patient. Then we got to window & she was terrific!! She offered us senior drink offer. No one has EVER done that at any drive in. She said she wouldn’t ask for ID this time, but certainly for the next. We couldn’t stop laughing. I’ve had a rough day & she brought joy to my spirit. I told her that actually this was my Halloween costume & I’m really only 16!! We were all laughing so hard!! Thanks Serenity for such great service!! Thanks Taco Bell for hiring such a GREAT employee!! “Ontop of having to deal with very entitled people and limited work force, this chipotle deserves more credit for what it's worth. The staff involved in getting all the orders out and having to deal with people despite awful comments, they did a phenomenal job serving me with how congested the establishment was. 5 stars guys. Thank you for doing a great job and keep it up.“
“The owners Angel and Kevin do a fantastic job with their staff serving us here on Hamilton Street. I love the chef Antonio he has really put together a nice menu. Come and be served exactly what you want in your burrito bowl! The quesadillas are to Die For in freshly made each day.“
“The food here is excellent. Every dish is freshly prepared and full of authentic flavor. Very reasonable prices and friendly service. The salsas are wonderful.The dining area is very small so takeout may be better for many people. But when it's just me, I like to eat inside.“
“I didn’t realize how much I loved Orizaba’s tacos until I turned into a total “Karen” today when I *thought* they forgot to give me 1 of 3 orders of tacos I ordered for my family. I was so heated in the moment and called to let them know I only got 2 orders. They told me they were certain I got all 3 orders but I continued to fight them and got more and more upset. They handled it so well while continuing to hold their ground. They agreed to refund me the cost of the tacos. Once I hung up, I got my senses back and figured I should look again. I went back to my car and searched under my passenger seat. To my surprise and absolute embarrassment, the 3rd order of tacos was wedged under the seat. I called them back to apologize for being so awful and they were so kind. I’m writing this review to apologize again! They didn’t deserve my “hangry” wrath! I wish I could give them 10 stars. The food is phenomenal, the restaurant is clean, and the service is quick!“

“The chips and salsa were fresh and plentiful. The beverages were refreshing and the rim was just the right amount of salty and spicy. My Baja Fish Tacos had tender flaky fish and light crispy fried batter perfectly balanced with the avocado, pickled onions, and sauce. The roasted veggies served on the side of the Burrito Maya and the enchiladas my companions ordered were tender-crisp and seasoned just right. We all enjoyed the plate of churros.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking spaces & ramp are easy to find and use. Have someone open the door for you.“
“The food here is always fresh and splendid, I have no complaints the atmosphere is super cool and chill there’s always some sports on the tv and the customer service is a 10/10Vegetarian options: They have two selections other than the salad.“
“This place is the best authentic Mexican place I've ever been to. They are so kind and give you such a good deal for what you get. I only paid about $17.50 for a drink and my three tacos. They also give you free home made corn chips Every time you eat in. If they don't have the self serve sauces available they will give it to you in containers. I've been here with my boyfriend so many times and it never disappoints me. The food is always high quality. The pink building and colorful environment is different but very authentic. They won't even let you clean up after yourself if the owner is there.“
