When you order an egg and cheese sandwich and get a grilled cheese. You take it back and they fix it by making you another grilled cheese sandwich.
Today I dropped in to purchase a coffee and a muffin at this location. There were 6 employees behind the counter, including one who appeared to be a manager. Only one employee was wearing a mask properly (covering his nose and mouth) and he was mopping the floor. All other employees had their masks down below or over their chins.
