“I visited here on a Tuesday at 6pm for a work-related and social gathering. The service and food were quite good, yet even on a weekday and being upstairs, the decibel level was rather high dye to it also being a bar. The menu selection was more than adequate and prices reasonable. Street parking can be a challenge, however I found a safe spot about one block away, and parking was free after 5pm on weekdays. The restroom was clean, and I find this important in that if management doesn't prioritize bathrooms, they may not value kitchen cleanliness either, but maybe that's just me. I give it a 4 star and not a 5 due to noise“

“Food was excellent as usual. We started off with some Killer Bread - a favorite. Got the beet sad with blackened chicken, very good. Atmosphere is a little loud when you're in the middle section, but not terrible. Our server was fantastic, she didn't rush us, kept drinks refilled and made sure we had everything we needed. “Stopped in to grab a casual dinner. It’s reminiscent of an Irish pub with dining. They even have a little fireplace in the back- it may be electric but still a nice touch. My server Ari was so sweet and attentive. She took great care of me. It’s customer service like this that makes me come back and tell others. I ordered the Cesar salad with grilled chicken. It was a large portion and tasted great. She even sold me to bring some house made berry cheesecake with me for later tonight. Pricing was reasonable, service was great, and the vibe was great. What’s not to like?“

“Your staff are amazing, I’m on the spectrum and went to the SWS concert and there was a thunderstorm happening that triggered a nonverbal shutdown, I got one of the staffs attention with my phone held out that’s said “ The thunder is messing with anxiety and I can’t really move, can you get me a hotdog with chips please? You just have to tap the card on the pay thingy and if it’s not any trouble may I please have a refill of my water?” I gave him my card too, he came back gave me back my card and said it was on him. “For years I have passed by this place and never stopped in . This morning I got to try O'Reilly's and went for breakfast. I didn't know they even served breakfast until this morning when my friend suggested we give this place a try. I always thought it was an Irish pub only severing lunches, dinners and bar food / drink stuff. Well, they also serve a good breakfast! The place is very nice and clean. The food was very good, I had the fresh fruit pancakes & my friend had one of the breakfast sandwiches w/ roasted potatoes. We both enjoyed our meals. I am definitely coming back again for breakfast and I would love to try the dinner menu. Our waiter recommended the Chili and the some of the smoked meats. 4.5 stars to our waiter! “We stopped in on a Sunday early evening for live music and had a couple drinks, no food. The building is historic which makes this a really cool spot. There was a banquet room and bar on the second floor with a wraparound balcony that was accessible. The upstairs was closed for service at the time we visited. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed. The bartender was personable and attentive. They did just also open a coffee shop with limited hours and I will be back to check that out. Nice stop for beverage or quick bite to eat if you are hiking Hawk Rock or the AT and a place to sleep if you need.“

“Great little "hole in the wall" pub. Absolutely AMAZING roast beef au ju. Tender and juicy, nice crusty sub roll with your favorite cheese. I add horseradish or the horseradish "Tiger" sauce. Been to the Grotto several times, and honestly haven't ordered anything else because the roast beef is just that good! Great and friendly service too. Go to the Grotto Pub, get the roast beef, have a Guinness to go with it, you will not be disappointed, guaranteed!“

“This place actually has become my local spot the wings are great the drinks are good great music and it’s a mature crowd that makes me feel safe and at home. “Wow…. So glad we found this place. Was told an hour wait when we arrived but the kind ladies opened the lower deck and seated us immediately. Vanessa our waitress was on point from the start with great service with a smile. We will diffently be back. We had a variety of different foods and all of our party enjoyed there meals. “Another place I was referred to by a local gentleman for pizza. The pies are personal sized and they were very good! They use provolone instead of straight mozzarella which gives the thin crust pies a distinct and delicious flavor.Small little old timey place that you can tell has been there for many, many years.Can't speak to anything else but the pizza was very good.“

It's a little noisier but not to the point where you can't hold a conversation or enjoy your dinner! My wife ordered the Cheeseburger Wrap Black Angus hamburger, lettuce, tomato, pickles American cheese. and mayo wrapped in flour tortilla with Sweet Potato Fries I ordered the Bacon Jam Shrimp Burger 7 oz. Black Angus burger with fried shrimp, bacon jam and gouda cheese. Served on Brioche Roll with lettuce and tomatoes with Onion Rings Dara our server was very pleasant and hospitable and helped us decide with the intriguing menu items! “We recently hosted a semi-private event at Federal Taphouse and the service, food, and atmosphere were all phenomenal. They were very easy to work with and set aside multiple tables and a convenient spot at the bar for our party of 35. There was an extensive list of beers and drinks, the guests raved about the food, especially the tacos, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The servers/bartenders went above and beyond to be responsive and attentive to our large group's needs. Definitely would recommend for anyone considering an event there.“

“Visited this place during a happy hour that was hosted by a local organization and was pleased. I was surprised by the amount of space and seating area. Very nice booth area. The bartender was very attentive and took orders swiftly. I ordered the pina colada and chicken empanada first. The pina colada was ok and the chicken empanada was 7/10, I was hoping for more cheese. I then ordered a beef empanada and it was delicious, lots of meat and fried to perfection!“

“Was looking for a place to have a couple drinks and shoot some pool when we stumbled along this lil joint. Never heard of it before but it's nice and hidden away by the river. The crowd had some good music playing on TouchTunes for us to vibe to. We were definitely the only people there under the age of 35 but it's all in good fun. “The Pub is a great place to dine & wine.I don't go there as much as I did like 5 years ago , but I occasionally stop by to pick up a six pack & food.They get karaoke from time to time , which brings in the clientele , and I would always play the jukebox while patronizing their establishment.They are an awesome bunch to be around , as I always felt welcome. “Steve is a great cook. takes pride in seasoning the food he serves to people. The bartenders are on it you get a drink very quickly. I usually get the gyro which is always tasty but got the burger sub tonight & it was great. Nice to still have a smoking bar with great food. Good specials to choose from. “This is our absolute favorite restaurant! Their street tacos are the best! I would do almost anything to have their ranch recipe because it’s the best ranch I’ve ever had! We have always had fantastic service there, however, the absolute best we’ve had is from a man named Dustin. He is a waiter there and he goes above and beyond every single time! He’s absolutely AMAZING with our son every time we’re in there. In fact our son loves him so much he draws him pictures every time we go. The last time we went, Dustin had a picture to give back to our son. It meant the world to him! Our order is always right when we have him. He even lets our son pick his color of straw and makes sure his plate isn’t too hot to touch. These little moments of thought make the dining out experience so much more enjoyable, when you are balancing having a child there with you! 10/10 would recommend!“

The bartender, Matt, at Zeroday Outpost was incredibly friendly and attentive, and he made me feel like I was at a beach bar on vacation. I ordered the blackberry hard seltzer slushie, which was delicious and refreshing. The market is a great place to find fresh, local produce and prepared foods, and there's something for everyone. “Great Sunday breakfast!! They have mimosa's my fathers loves those with his breakfast. Its handicap friendly as well there's a elevator you use to get to the bar and dinning room area. The bartenders Kiersten we have as our bartender on Sundays does an awesome job, she always remembers what you like along with Joe, Matt and Jess are great bartenders as well and make your experience a special one.“
