“They are wonderful people that work there always smiling very polite and they actually put meat on your sub where it was worth the money and makes ya wanna go back”
“We were really excited to check this place out but after driving for a long time on winding roads, we discovered it was closed at lunchtime on a Friday. There was a creature in a cage nearby. Woodchuck?***Thanks for the response and apologies to Royal!”
“I went in looking for a meatball hoagie, but their slices were too good looking to pass up.Huge, thin, New York style slices with a well developed crust. High quality and affordable. Staff were pretty chill and gave great service.Perfect place to stop for a quick lunch when passing through.”
“Just moved to town, found the most awesome local restaurant/bar. Staff is amazing, food is great. Went back the next day to try something else. Recommend the San Antonio burger!”
“Amazing restaurant right on Main St, Wyalusing. New owners took over in June. The food is absolutely delicious. Service is wonderful. You will not be disappointed!”
“Visited the drive thru late afternoon last week while traveling.... I was so impressed by thr young worker (mullet teenager) that I wanted to leave a review. First off, the customer service was amazing taking my order. When I was at the window, he even offered suggestions for things to do in the area. My donuts and drink was awesome. Thank you for the unforgettable expirence.”
“Good food. Very friendly staff and clientele. Great location. Right at a nice scenic overlook.Parking: Right in front of the tavern or just across at the overlook.”
“Parking: Parking can be difficult at times because I don't know anybody that doesn't love The Mad Bakers. Plus it's right by a few more stores that share the same parking lot. It can be hectic but completely worth it.”
“Wonderful place tucked back in the woods. If you don't know it is there you will miss it! Always friendly and the baked goods are the best! I suggest the bear claw or the chocolate croissant!”
“A little bar with a lot of character. Built in th 1800 starting as a hotel maybe even brothel has chanced many hands. The Tilten' Hilten is its nick name as the building has over the years began so sag a bit.”
“Stopped in for a late lunch while taking a ride on our HD Trike through the beautiful Endless Mountains. They open at 2 pm on Fridays... they're Maps details show their hours. We arrived a little before 2, but when they saw us in the parking lot, they welcomed us in. Bob and his wife own the restaurant and do the cooking. Bob greeted us at the bar, and we immediately started chatting. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, which we shared, onion rings, and the bone-in chicken wings coated with garlic Parmesan sauce. Everything was delish, nice and hot! We sat out on the deck and enjoyed the warm, sunny weather and the perfect Fall foliage. We had three waitstaff! Bob, his wife, and a waitress! All did a great job! I LOVED when the waitress advised us she'd be back with our change, giving us the opportunity to tell her to keep the change. Too many waitstaff ask if you want change... I never liked that as sometimes the change is more than the cost of the dinner! Good job! Great place for a meal... great view from the deck of the mountains... and we truly enjoyed our visit at Colley Pub... and Bob!!”
“Marks is a great local place, check out their steak dinner Saturdays and fish fry Fridays during lent! We stopped this weekend and dinner was cheap, the soup and desserts were great, and the steak was awesome. I'll be sad when he finally sells it!!”
“I work on the rigs and am always in a new town. Needless to say ive ran into my share of less than restaurants. This place is fantastic all around. They're open early so whether your starting your day or just finishing a long night, these guys got ya covered. If there was such thing as 10 Stars, I'd give them 11. Fantastic food, huge portions, great ppl. Couldn't ask for a better restaurant. Great work guys! I'll be back for sure!”
“My daughters, grandson and I all had a great time eating lunch there yesterday. My 3 yr old grandson said their chicken nuggets are "Better than McDonald's!"High praise from a 3 year old ?”
“Quiet for Labor day weekend. Only me and 2 friends drinking and shooting pool. Great to have the place to ourselves but wanna visit again to enjoy the music and crowd.”
“Great hometown, low key, friendly place. Service was prompt - we were greated with a big hello before we even sat down. The restaurant is very clean, nicely decorated and reasonably priced. Food is made fresh - place smells like home cooking. Be patient cause every meal is made in front of you when you order it - no heat lamps. My hubby had a burger w/ a side of mozzarella sticks and I had a crispy chicken salad - both were delicious and fresh. I posted a photo so you could see how big the burger was - served on a kaiser roll. I don't eat red meat but I was tempted to take a bite cause it looked so good. We both finished our meals and left happy and full. Stop by for some relaxing, home cooking. No fuss no muss.Parking: easy acc3ss and parking from Route 187 or Route 6.Kid-friendliness: kid options on menu”
“Service is typically very quick. Food used to be extremely good, but has taken a mild turn in quality, likely due to inflation. Overall, good casual and family friendly vibe.”
“We had the meat platter and the brisket mac and cheese boat and they were both delicious! Very good prices and well worth the money, eat local! Very friendly staff and great atmosphere, good place feed our little one!”
“Small town Ice cream place with great ice cream, friendly staff, nice sitting area! This is my new go to ice cream spot. You gotta try the chocolate panda paws sundae!”
