Two guests had snow crab, I had to ask for a cracker so they could open up the crabs. Extra napkins and ketchup nope had to look for them ourselves. At least the food and my company was great. And to top this all off, a 15% was on the bill as for a tip, needless to say she was not worth it.”

“My wife and I attended the Valentines Day five course special at the Grill Room, and after five years of marriage it stands out as the best Valentines Day dinner we’ve done out. The food was amazing from the first course to the table side prepared Bananas Foster (which was the best dessert I’ve personally ever had in a restaurant). The meal itself offered a large range of options to suit every appetite. My wife and I were able to pick different choices and it gave us both a wide tasting of the options (since we shared everything apart from the first plate). The food was top notch, way above what we had paid for such a wonderful experience. And let’s talk about price for a moment, you would imagine a meal that amazing would be unaffordable, and you would be wrong. Well within even the most frugal couples price range. Our server was excellent, with excellent service skills. The chefs work spoke for itself, but he has a great sense of humor to interact with as well. The management staff was on point, and seems dedicated to outstanding service. It was the first time I was here, but I guarantee it won’t be the last.”

“I absolutely love this location. Every visit has been smooth, efficient, and genuinely pleasant, with consistently quick checkout times. But on 2‑21‑26, I went inside for the very first time—and that’s when I met a gentleman named Wesley F.

Let me tell you, this young man’s customer service is on a completely different level. His professionalism, energy, and personality are truly top tier. I have never—and I mean never—experienced customer service like his. You can instantly tell he takes pride in what he does and genuinely enjoys helping people.

There were about ten customers ahead of me, and his attitude never wavered. He greeted every single person with the same enthusiasm, patience, and positivity. At one point I honestly thought he must have known these customers personally because of how warm and engaging he was—but he didn’t. That’s just who he is.

If anyone from upper management reads this, please recognize Wesley for the outstanding work he’s doing. Employees like him make a huge difference in a customer’s day and deserve to be acknowledged.
