Hello,This is my first time trying the cleanse. I had came in to pick up my 3 day supply of the juice at the Wynnewood, PA location and inquired with the young lady at the counter how it works or if there was a flyer/ reading on how it works. I realized they were not very knowledgeable and could not assist me at all. It did not seem right with me that the one pack of 6 bottles would last me 3 days so I called another store to confirm. The employee on the phone was very knowledgeable and told me the store at Wynnewood made a mistake and I should have had 2 more packs (18 bottles total). That means that I was basically wasting my money and missing out on the efficiency of the cleanse. I drove a significant distance during my limited 30 minute lunch break to grab my order. Now I have to drive back there again tomorrow to pick up the remaining items to complete this cleanse.It's just not acceptable

Absolutely love the Clean Juice Original Cleanse! I visited the Wynnewood site yesterday for the 1st time and truly appreciated the great service. The ladies were welcoming and verified everything was correct with the special instructions I added for my cleanse options. I will definitely return to this location again!

Overall, really good. A clean and modern facility. I ordered a smoothie, a juice, and a wrap. I am unsure if they had technical problems, but they lost my order. It took over 30 minutes to get it. The wrap also had some black burnt crumbs on it, which made me wonder if they are cleaning their panini press in between sandwiches. Definitely was badly wrapped, but the flavor was good! They also ran out of the juice I ordered, but swapped it out for a different one.

Just purchased the açaí bowl and I must say I’m disappointed. There’s close to zero sweetness although it’s suppose to made with honey. It’s lacking that fruitiness that I enjoy when eating an açaí bowl. The granola is a bit chewy and the fruit toppings are scarce. 2 very small sliced strawberries and a few goji berries. The one this I like is the thickness of the blended berries.

While I appreciate being able to access organic food, especially on shift at a local hospital, I picked up my order at the front desk after it was delivered. I thought the bag was empty. That's how small the portion was. I paid twenty dollars, including extra for things like one small slice of cucumber, a spring of mint, powdered turmeric. The quality was good but I think I could have made this toast for about $3. Felt gypped.

Clean juice is exactly what your getting . Clean everything my order was made fresh everything was fresh from the food to my drink. The staff was friendly If your looking for a good place for cold pressed juices and smoothies and a variety of other fresh items this is your go to i highly recommend

I accidentally tried clean juice when my mom ordered. After that I’ve been hooked. It’s really been my go to.Absolutely HEALTHY, clean-organic ingredients and it keeps me filled until my next meal.Let’s not talk about how DELICIOUS every smoothie and bowls are. I ordered the Berry bowl and 2 watermelon bowls. All 3 were disgusting and had ingredients missing. The smoothie base was weird and jellylike. i was missing goji berrries, honey and coconut. So disappointed after spending over $50. Will never order here again.

I ordered ahead through the app and the bottled 8oz juices I was given all had a “use by” date of tomorrow which was surprising because I expected to at least have an expiration date of at least a few days, not just one, especially since the 30% off juices are usually very soon to expire, and since I bought 5 juices (how would I drink that all by tomorrow?). So it felt like by ordering ahead through the app, perhaps I was given the juices that were closer to expiration, rather than the freshest ones, since the app mentioned that if you buy a 6 day cleanse, you’ll get far out expiration dates (I didn’t buy a 6 day cleanse but this tells me that I didn’t have to be given juices with one day to use them). I saw that today was a double points day so that was why I used the app but I wonder if I would be better off just choosing my own juices for freshness. And it didn’t feel like I could really switch them for fresher ones since the ones I had all had huge stickers with my name on them. So, I’m not saying I won’t be back, but that I’ll be far more mindful whenever I do return. I was hoping that I could get some fresh organic juices from Clean Juice regularly rather than making my own smoothies, but I wonder if I should just make some smoothies instead. The juice that I got made to order was tasty and fresh though and I have been here before and typically do enjoy the juices, so for that reason my rating is 4 stars rather than fewer. This was my first time ordering through the app.
