I'm editing my review to a 2 * from a five-star. The burgers are still good but the service is terrible and so is the ambience in the place. It's like friends are visiting all the time and those are the employees. I think all this place really needs is a grown-up to run it. They always have a help wanted sign up so maybe they are having problems finding good help. And when these kinds of concerns show themselves, I worry about the cleanliness of things like the soda machines because kids usually don't pay attention to things like that. I am finding a new burger place for now and I am so sad that this one has gone downhill.

This was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had from a restaurant. Even at a 5 star restaurant which is completely packed waiting an hour and a half for food is ridiculous. Let alone, the place (Wynnewood) was filthy, there was no communication among workers, they told me they were out of certain items multiple times, poorly managed...the manager even sent out a representative to apologize for him/her... i do not blame the workers but the management system needs to be completely fixed...i doubt the food being served is of peak quality...never going back

This was a fascinating, and not in a good way, experience. We arrived and the place is so loud. The workers friends or family are here (totally fine) but they're yelling to each other and talking instead of prepping food. We got here to order and the girl rushed us and was generally abrasive. Now it's been 25 minutes and we have watched three of the 4 people in the back make fries incredibly loudly, alarms are going off randomly and the only older adult talk on a cell phone. Food just arrived and it looks fine but will never return.

I just happen to be in the area shopping and craving a burger when I found this place. Probably the worst burger I have had in my life. I ordered The Original, which is actually two patties in the lettuce wrap. Absolutely no flavor or taste whatsoever and completely fell apart while trying to eat it. So upset I wasted my calories for the day and money on this.

This used to be one of our favorite places for a quick burger, even when there was a line. Tonight, no line and waiting 20 minutes for 2 burgers and 1 fry? Done, never again. We've seen it go down hill over the years but this is the last time. Burgers say there 12 minutes while they made the fries... which were disgusting!

This place went downhill really fast. The long waiting time for a simple order, and really unclean conditions make this place not worth going to. I used to love to go here but after a while I stopped due to the things I listed at the beginning of this review. I was completely disappointed. The fries at many times were either soggy or burn, and the burger had no flavor. That's all I want to say, thank you for your time.

Safe to say I will not be coming back. Three times I asked for double chicken and balsamic vinegar on on my salad and what I got was a little bit of chicken and two cups of yellow mustard on the side haha I went to ask what happened with my dressing and whats with the mustard but the guy behind the counter seemed lost. He told me that i can grab some vinegar packets if i wanted you. Im pretty sure those guys are high out of their minds. My friend that i was dining with ordered a chicken sandwich and got a dry piece of chicken, no toppings, no sauces. I dont know who are the ppl that left 5 stars but this was my experience and I rate it at 1 (since you cant do 0).
Delicious and fresh. Friendly staff, clean and reasonably priced.

This used to be a great place with grass fed organic beef and the concept is still great on paper. However the last couple of times we've ordered here the fries have been soggy, the burgers also and the service pretty bad. I think the staff needs better training, because they all seem confused and the kitchen looks like a mess. I just returned with the order and the staff did not even ask me if I wanted a new order, they just voided the transaction with no excuse. We will never be going back.

The service is horrible. The staff members are lazy and the food comes out cold. My experience here with my girlfriend was the worst. We ordered our food and ended up waiting 30 minutes for our order. One of the staff members proceeded to start up a conversation with a fellow friend that walked into the store and stopped making our order. We then proceeded to order milkshakes and one of the staff members walked off in front of us and said he was not making them. Then one of the staff members proceeded to tell me that my card was not working. when in fact he was swiping my card the wrong way.
