Not a great experience at this location. It was not crowded but it took our table a long time to get our food. We were a party of four but several parties that sat after we ordered got their food first. Then we had to wait for sides to arrive well after the entrees arrived.
Whitney- our server- was awesome! She made great recommendations, helped us get the customizations we desired, was quite attentive, and had a sunny disposition! We'd return for the food, but Whitney would be the icing on the cake!
I was a fan of First Watch for years, ( I fell in love with them in Florida), but the past few times I've been disappointed (with take - out orders). They don't follow directions and the portions are way smaller and no utensils or napkins. I hope things get better, because they will be losing a faithful customer.
