If I could give zero stars, I would. What an absolute embarrassment of a company. Honeygrow in Wynnewood is a shining example of everything wrong with customer service today. Both the employee and the manager on duty promised me they had processed my refund after serving completely inedible food. Spoiler alert: they didn’t. Turns out, they aren’t even capable of issuing a refund, yet they lied to my face and told me it had been done.
The level of incompetence is staggering. Not only do the staff make mistakes, but they take zero accountability for them. The fact that they tried to deceive me about something as simple as a refund shows just how little regard they have for their customers. Their version of customer service is a joke, and it’s obvious they’ve never been properly trained to handle even basic issues.
No wonder you can’t get in touch with this company. If they actually answered their phones or emails, they’d be bombarded with complaints just like mine. Honeygrow in Wynnewood is a disgrace. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs—it’s a disaster from top to bottom, and they clearly have no interest in running their business properly.

Vegetarian options: Tofu is tasty. Edamame and chick peas for protein. Good salads. Make your own salad works best for me.
I came in around 1PM and ordered the Chesapeake Crab Stir Fry for dine in. While waiting for my order, I noticed Lyn was checking the orders and making sure they were made correctly. That stood out to me because when I went to City Ave, my order wasn’t done correctly. The store was really clean and the team members appeared to work well together during the lunch rush.
Parking: There are several eateries in this shopping center and there is ample parking for all vendors.

The team at the Wynnewood shopping center are examples for other stores in the area to follow - they deliver exemplary service! Mary and Hafeez have a special gift, talent, knack for remembering return customers and special requests to their orders - quite impressive! When one frequents an establishment, it's nice to know they appreciate your business each time you return. Kudos to everyone at that location! The body usually represents what the head looks like; hence, the leadership there must be doing something right!
