Today I went to go pick up my son’s cake that I ordered a week and a half ago, the customer service representative I believe her name is Taylor, she was not friendly at all. She did not ask me if I wanted to see the cake before she sealed the box up. Once I told her that I wanted to see my cake, she had an attitude. Finally My cake was unsealed and looked fine. She then handed me the cake box and didn’t even offer me a bag to carry it in. I feel like her getting an attitude...
