I don’t know if it’s across the board or just this store but Panera has fallen from mediocre to just straight up bad. Really bad. It started w less food for more money and the quality has been slipping and slipping. What’s worse is it takes longer. They’ll tell you a time when they say it’ll be ready, I’ll generally get there 5-10 min after that and still wait 15 min in store after I ordered, about 45 min 🤬 Today they were out of things that they didn’t even tell me about but I searched my bag and saw missing and they unapologetically said they were out… of things I had already ordered and paid for! Absolute trash

I’m a truck driver I deliver to the honey grow next door 3 to 4 times a week and I always grab lunch from Panera today they didn’t give me my entire order and I didn’t realize untill I was at my next stop I called they put me on hold for 20 mins and then someone think his name was Mike said he would refund me the difference it’s a 15 dollar meal didn’t ask me my name my card info just said he would refund me and hung up will not be spending my money there anymore

Today I ordered a big order almost 6 to 7 orders of the pick 2 combo, there was missing items and the chicken bacon ranch sandwiches was horrible, so much mayo or ranch the bread was soggy and tasted salty barely could taste the bacon, when I called to complain I was abled to get a refund cuz their was no driver near by

This location messed up my order (was missing a sandwich), tried to call the manager, who did pick up the phone but then put me on hold for over 10 minutes! Very disappointed...never had a problem ordering from Panera in any other locations

There was some kind of issue with the TV being all cloudy. The management handled the issue very well.
I did see something scurry across the floor and came here to see if someone else had commented about that as well or it was just my mind playing tricks while I waited for my name to be called(didn't hear it, turns out food was sitting at the counter for pickup). Not coming back!

I’ve dined in this location many times. Tonight I saw two mice run all the way across the floor under the soda machine. TWO within 10 minutes. Then I heard somebody screaming in the food prep area. Clearly infested. Wouldn’t return. Safety hazard 🤮
