I did see something scurry across the floor and came here to see if someone else had commented about that as well or it was just my mind playing tricks while I waited for my name to be called(didn't hear it, turns out food was sitting at the counter for pickup). Not coming back!

I’ve dined in this location many times. Tonight I saw two mice run all the way across the floor under the soda machine. TWO within 10 minutes. Then I heard somebody screaming in the food prep area. Clearly infested. Wouldn’t return. Safety hazard 🤮

Placed an order at kiosk and it said wait for your food at the counter. So I did 20 minutes goes by and never called my name. Girl behind counter was just playing games with her friends and asked what are you doing standing here. I said been waiting for my food for 20 minutes and then pointed to the different part of the building to go pick up my order ( not at the pickup counter) my order was all bread and very little sandwich so it was not as advertised.

Muslim woman and light-skinned woman at Wynnewood location are a very bad combination to deal with guests. No one has knowledge of the menu. Guests had questions and no one even attempted to find an answer. They are dictating what I ordered instead of listening to the customers. Very unacceptable.
