Some Spread locations are inconsistent a little hit or miss but I have to say I had a phenomenal experience here this past week. I came in around 9 AM. They were busy and I did not order ahead. I placed my order, it came out within 5-10 minutes, bagel was perfectly toasted, ingredients were fresh - it was a phenomenal sandwich. They also have rival brother’s coffee now which is a huge plus. I will be returning.

This place has lately been overrun with online orders, which have severely hurt the in person experience. I was there today and ordered in, not busy but I waited 15 minutes for two toasted bagels that were eventually served cold. Their staff isn’t entirely to blame- they are hustling just to keep up . Very disappointing.

This place was awesome. I don't like trying new things, and the redheaded girl at the counter helped me order something. The turnout was incredible. Everyone is super kind, and helpful. Best tuna sandwich I ever had.

Having been raised on bagels from NYC and NJ, they just don’t compare. And it’s really pricey here.

It took 20 minutes to get my order of one bagel. My bagel was made wrong, and even after them remaking it, it still wasn't right but at least didn't include something I couldn't eat. Better service at the other locations.

We live nearby and have been visiting regularly since the Wynnewood location opened (and we frequented the Wayne and Bryn Mawr Spread locations before this location was available). The Wynnewood location started off great after opening but has gone downhill in terms of service over the past 6-9 months. We love the Spread Bagelry chain and usually find the service friendly and their menu great, so we are loyal customers. However, today's service at the Wynnewood location made me stop and provide this feedback as it was so poor. We could see that our food was ready and merely waiting on the counter to be placed in a carry-out bag. While the woman at the register (newer hire and much more friendly than the other lady who was running the register previously) was busy taking orders, the other staff there were leisurely chatting nearby. After 5 minutes, we finally approached the staff and kindly asked for our order that was sitting on the counter getting cold. Frustrating and disappointing. We had overlooked the rudeness of the lady running the register in the recent months (noted that she was now covering coffee service while a new more customer friendly lady worked the register), but this morning was beyond the pale. Please find employees that are motivated and interested your Spread customer's experience. In the meantime, we will go back to Spread Bryn Mawr.

The amtomsphere was great, they let us take our time ordering since it was our first time there, its just the table was a little dirty. However, I have Celiac Disease and asked for a gluten free bagel while my mother got a gluten one. When we got our food the bagels weren't labeled and it took a while to figure it out. Having to ask the stuff for help. The food was good but not having it labeled was what made it bad. Cause if we didn't dine in we wouldn't know to this day which one was GF.

I ordered two dozens of bagels 3 days in advance for a party, and they were not ready. They prepare the orders only from the day of, so my order was completely ignored. Of course, they didn't have all the bagels I wanted. They should either not allowing people to order in advance or change the system.

Bagels are the worst I have ever had in my life. Too expensive for mediocre product. Small bagels, tough and dense and unappealing texture. Not NY bagels, not good, not worth it.

The food was very enjoyable, however my girlfriend and I were rudely snapped at by the cashier when asked for a name for the order and the we had a little delay in giving the name. And then when receiving our order, the same employee was very rude in handing off our order with both her body language as well as her behavior. It almost ruined the experience as a whole even though, overall, the food was very very good!

One of the best bagel sandwiches I've had. The hollandaise was delicious, the jalapeno spread was delicious. Bringing my friends back when we're all in town. 100% would recommend. Also, wood fire oven bagels? Amazing. The only downside is they burn through their stock fast!
