Extremely Rude employee. The problem seemed to be i ordered a Vt Shkn Esp (lightly shaken) that seemed to throw this older man over the edge. He had a complete melt down. While I am in the middle of my order he continuously told me to pay or get out. I wasnt even finished ordering.. being a war vet suffering from ptsd alot of times I run out patiences very quickly. But on this occasion instead of this blatent disrespect turning into a physical matter 8 asked for a manager whom quickly moved in and took care of this situation. At the end of the day this type of encounter should never happen. The disrespect will not be tolerated, especially after all the sacrifices I've made for this guy to even have a job at starbucks. For him to return my sacrifices into dismissal and disrespect. Idk what was wrong w buddy, but i didn't lose 8 of my friends and spend a year plus away from everything i care about to be treated as such. i had my service dog we too. I am so upset about this situation. On average, I spend 5-10$ in starbucks a day. That's $3,000 yearly. I would certainly like to know what i need to do to get a resolution to this situation. I am a 5☆ customer, and i expect such treatment when im spending money every day with this company. With all that being said, a newer employee named Amanda was a god send. She was very personable and got the drinks spot on even though i ordered a venti water and received a grande. No love lost, though.. After this review i will also be calling customer service to address this act of hostility

Great service! This location is clean and offers ample space for enjoying a beverage or bakery treat. They offered my pup a sweet treat on the house. Very fun experience!

Starbucks is always great and this was no exception. Order was placed and arrived promptly. Service is top notched as you would expect. Always a treat to indulge in some great coffee when you are treated well.

Only reason this a 4star and not 5star review is because I was there to pick up an Uber eats order and had to wait longer than I would prefer but it was a busy Friday morning so I understand.

Off street parking necessary and very few spaces. What you expect from Starbucks if you are able to park and at this venue. Prefer Delancy across the street with better coffee varieties and great bagels.

Third day in a row at this location and the service is absolutely awful. Staff is friendly enough and the coffee and food is by no means poor- just don't expect to get anything hot. Staff will make your food and let it sit while they make 10 coffees before yours. You'd think if someone ordered food and drink, You'd prepare them at the same time. Every time I order here, I get them at least 15 minutes apart.

The service was horrible this morning! No greeting or acknowledgement from the two baristas that I would be helped in a minute. I was the first and only person waiting in line to order when someone walked in, cut right in front of me, and placed her order. The baristas dropped what they were doing and helped her, even though I had been waiting. Then, the baristas went back to their tasks and still did not acknowledge me. After waiting another few minutes, I began worrying I may have been waiting in the wrong spot. There are no signs indicating where the line begins. With genuine curiosity and no impatient or rude intent, asked if I was waiting in the correct area to order. One of the two baristas said very sternly without looking up: "We are very busy. We have a lot to do." After waiting a few more minutes, the other barista took my order. In the middle of my order, the customer who cut in front of me earlier interrupted to say the baristas have gotten her order wrong. Both of the baristas drop what they're doing with me and help her instead. Once I finished my order and was waiting for a sandwich to be placed in the oven for me, the baristas proceeded to offer this other customer (who had cut in front of me) additional food for free and warmed up this food for her. The baristas engaged in conversation with her while handing off her food, before they finally put my sandwich in the oven. The baristas appeared to know this customer and provided preferential treatment to her. I understand they seemed understaffed and have no problem waiting, but the service was blatantly rude and dismissive. This was a very disappointing experience.
