I had a terrible experience at Yapple Yogurt. They treat their workers horribly, and you can feel that energy as soon as you walk in. The whole place reeks of chlorine instead of anything fresh, which is really unappetizing. The yogurt itself tasted stale, and the toppings were even worse the fruit was rotten and the Oreos actually had mold. Definitely the worst yogurt shop I’ve ever been to, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

First time at Yapple Yogurt tonight and my experience was great! Was offered free samples, given recommendations, and they even had dog friendly outdoor seating! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable! will be back! :)
I came in 8:15 and I was greeted at the door and recommended the new green tea flavor, it was so delicious and the worker was extremely friendly and helpful when i asked for suggestions on what to add for a topping. Love it here. YOLO😝

i don’t usually leave negative reviews but When I walked in one worker was on facetime near the cups and the other was deep asleep (head on the counter and everything) when I went up to the register to weigh my cup and pay and it took over a minute for her to wake up.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, it was the worst yogurt place I’ve been to, genuinely I don’t know how you can mess up frozen yogurt this bad. First off, when we walked in, the seating area looked a mess and there was a mop and a bucket in the middle of the room. Then we noticed a strong odor that smelled like chlorine. The yogurt machines were a complete mess and the yogurt itself was very goopy and had a grainy texture, and the workers looked like they didn’t give a care in the world for their job. And to top it all off, the taro flavor we got tasted expired and the green tea flavor and chocolate flavor literally had no taste. Please for the love of God, do not get frozen yogurt here.
