“This place has the best buffet I've ever been to. They have made to order omelets, pancakes, waffles, crepes, and burgers/ steak. Everything else on the buffet line is fresh and very good as well. you can tell this is an independently owned establishment that makes all their food in house at a very surprisingly good quality for a buffet. The price for a weekend buffet was $18 with a drink included. The service was very fast and friendly with a mom and pop cafe kind of feel. I would say 70% of the people order the buffet and 30% order off the menu. Either way you go, this place is great and I can see why it is so popular.”

“Should have left this review sooner, but Easter got in the way;) Ordered a Sicilian with xchz & pep, order of fries and hot wings. Didn't realize they closed at 8PM, I had called at 7:35. They said 'no prob!'. I was the last order of the night. They were cleaning up when I arrived and were super welcoming. Tony still had the pie in the oven. I've eaten many Sicilians and Grandmother pies from Bella's over the years. Never did I have a bad pie. This one was no exception. It was beyond delicious. I know people from outside of Berks that make it a point to eat here when they're in the area on business. Always well worth the visit!!! Kudos to the entire staff.”

“The hoagies are delicious but the way customers are served is ridiculous. If a customer physically walks into the place to place an order, that customer should not have to wait for over an hour to have their order fulfilled because of a backlog of online orders. Face to face customers should be served first. That’s how other sandwich shops do it.”

“I’m honestly not a Chinese food eater, have to be in a specific mood for it, plus I am a picky eater. I will drive well out of my way (over 30mins) for this food. The bourbon chicken is amazing and the rice is so flavorful. I find myself eating this at least once a week. (For someone who normally dislikes Chinese food). it’s hard to find good bourbon chicken around and this is my go to. I’ve personally never had a bad experience here. The owner is always super pleasant.”

“The wait time was a bit long, which is understandable given the high demand for freshly made brick oven pizzas. However, the exceptional service and inviting atmosphere more than made up for it. The pizza is consistently excellent—just be mindful of your topping choices. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot that I highly recommend. Definitely worth a visit for a delicious bite.

“This place opened years ago, and every single time I stop in here, it is PACKED! However, that doesn’t stop the service. Usually a quick in and out, even when ordering food. Lines can get long, but between the self checkout and the cashier, they move quickly. Clean. Well stocked. Peaceful vibes inside and out. (Cafe con Leche is so good.). It’s rare to see store personnel still do an amazing job all these years later.”

“I have to mention the stuffed mushrooms i ordered. I love those, but I have to say this happened the last two times I ordered them. They were not cooked enough! They should be buttery and bubbling golden brown.. They were completely raw and uncooked. The cheese was just slightly melted. The mushroom part was completely raw. I sent them back the first time and the other day, i didn't but should have, please have a conversation about this with the cook. Pottstown RL knows how to make them.”
