Service is usually slow and I absolutely hate the drive-thru window, it has a curb and a curve, so you can't get too close to the window without hitting it. The last time I went here to meet friends, my friends had his car hit in the lot, but no note or anything. It's not a shopping center I like to go to normally.
The managers are always bitter and close the car service on purpose so they can have a quiet shift and make sure people don't want to deal with a person who can't walk, that's why I always go through the car service and I prefer to go somewhere else than go in.
The Burger King at Berkshire Blvd in Reading offers the usual reliable fast food experience, with the restrooms and interior being satisfactory. However, there's room for improvement in customer service. The staff needs to be more attentive and engaged with customers. Ignoring someone at the counter is not a great idea; even a simple eye contact and a friendly greeting would go a long way in making customers feel welcome and valued.
