This Starbucks is the worst. I’ve gone several times now to this location and won’t anymore. The staff doesn’t listen to what you order and then they are super rude when you bring it back to be made correctly.
This review is by no means directed to staff! They are doing the best they can- multiple times I have come to this location and have seen how much abuse they take- today there are only two people working - drink orders are taking over 45 minutes. With the Ephrata location closed this location 110% should be staffing more! It’s unacceptable on the part of management/owner to allow your staff to be this over ran and not step in.
