This Starbucks was just remodeled, I was in week of Sept 15th, it was filthy. Especially restrooms., disgusting. Waited 1/2 hr for my drink order of two drinks. Then it was wrong on the one. It was a different drink than I ordered. I don’t know if management is new but it was a confusing mess. Staff apparently didn’t know what they were doing
I wanted to recognize one specific employee at this Starbucks because what I watched today was genuinely exceptional.
She was the very tall blonde barista wearing the pink unicorn ears/horns today. If you were working this shift, you probably know exactly who I mean.

got a mobile order around 2:30. whoever made my drinks made the most perfect delicious drinks ever!!!

Starbucks Coffee Company has a staff that is very friendly. The employees are extremely nice and thoughtful. They provide good customer service. At some locations, the service is very fast, even faster than other Starbucks. However, at other locations, the service can be slow, with long wait times, even when there are not many customers. The noise from the work area can be loud, making it hard to hear. Some locations have a cozy area with a coffee table and chairs. The staff is welcoming and kind, making for a good start to the day. Customers come to Starbucks for their coffee, including a latte. Overall, the staff is nice and friendly, but the service can vary by location.
