I was blown away with the customer service today during lunch hour. It was SUPER busy. I believe everyone came to drive thru and inside at the same time. There was an incident where a unhappy male customer was screaming and pointing his finger inches to the manager's face and Ms. Jackie kept her composure. We had the whopper with cheese. The food was cold, no one checked the sodas. Bc Dr. Pepper was out along with the Coke. My medium ? was a little bit bigger than a small and a small was a kiddie size ?. I remember a medium being a medium ?. The only thing that was a medium was my drink. We pay more for less Burger King use to be good. Now I don't know what happened. Everyone was friendly, Burger King needs to step it back up again. Cold food was never like that at Burger King.

This is definitely one of the best places to get burger king in the area for the right reasons The manager Miss gonzalez had the best service she also is bilingual and she provides fast and hot food ready to eat and enjoy. The kitchen staff was the best as well made the customers feel welcomed and it felt like home the way they treated us 10/10 food and service give these guys a raise.
