I ordered ahead on the app to pickup curbside. When waiting curbside, I saw people from the drive through being directed to curbside spots to wait, and then receiving their food before me. Why bother ordering ahead of time??
I can’t complain about my food, but the customer service was less than stellar. It would’ve been so much better to be greeted at the drive up window with an “hello” and “thank you” rather than the bullsh*#s and F-bombs that were being parlayed back-and-forth among the staff. The attendant handing me food said NOTHING to me but had time to curse fluently with her coworkers. Manners, people!
just went through the drive thru and not only did they get my order completely wrong, it took forever and the food was cold. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 mcchicken, a medium fry, and a large coke. (not a very complicated order, right?) I received 2 cold mcchickens, 1 double cheeseburger, a lukewarm large fry and a large cherry coke. McDonald's is a popular restaurant, often busy with a long drive-thru line and many customers inside. The restaurant offers a variety of meals, including the Happy Meal. This is a very clean McDonald’s with fast service. The food is always fresh and the staff are amazing and take a little extra care. They are very easy to work with. The cooks make delicious, usually fresh made Quarter Pounders. It has the best fast food fries if they are fresh. The location is a bit off the highway, but worth the stop. It is totally accessible in every way and always kid friendly.
