Absolutely terrible place to go. They have the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Take over 5 minutes to take your order when your the only one standing there, I asked for my food in a to go bag, and they give me it on a tray, as to which I asked for them to please bag up for me and the guy just set the food down for a minute, went back to what he was doing and then decided to bag it. Terrible service NEVER go there
I am horribly disappointed at the the service at the Wendy’s on Meridian Blvd in Wyomissing. I went through the drive thru at about 10 am today. The person taking my order was rude and kept trying to rush me. Twice she rudely told me they didn’t have what I wanted, then said I found it. When I said I know you have it she commented “ whatever”. My grandmother used to be a manager at Wendy’s and was so upset at this service. You should be ashamed...read full review
Went at 10:30pm for drive through, no answer after several min waiting, went to the window. Employee said they closed. Google maps and Wendys sticker stay that they close at 11pm Saturday.
