Starbucks is a friendly and consistent coffee shop with personalized service. The staff is known for being nice and they do try their best, working as fast as they can. However, the store is in no way equipped to handle the volume that comes in, leading to long wait times for orders. The interior has gotten cold over the years and doesn't feel like a cozy cafe anymore. Despite this, customers appreciate the change of pace from other coffee shops and enjoy the white chocolate mocha.
