They need to go back to the plastic individual separated cupcake holders and ditch the brown cardboard box. The plastic kept them fresh. In the box the icing was so dry it just popped right off the cupcake and crumbled.
Sales girl was not nice. She should at least be friendly and helpful. She was cocky. I bought cupcakes but have NO desire to go back.

Ordered two dozen cupcakes on Tuesday afternoon for pickup at 11:00 on Wednesday morning. Drove 45 minutes to Wyomissing only to learn upon arrival that they only had 18 cupcakes!! Not ideal. Not sure of purpose of ordering in advance if they can't supply the product. Also I was not contacted concerning this even though they had my cell phone and email data??

I used to love them! We moved from the area and were back in town recently and decided to pop in for a cupcake. That was my last time sadly. The cupcakes are so tiny and apparently you have to buy at least 2 but the guy behind the counter had on a mask plus the thick glass all around, who could understand what he was saying! Never again.

Went to get 3 cupcakes. They were ok. Not memorable. They are expensive, the clerk was dry. No smile, no cheerfulness just robotic and to the point. Hey sublime, cupcakes make ppl happy and the servers should reflect that.
