Went to get 3 cupcakes. They were ok. Not memorable. They are expensive, the clerk was dry. No smile, no cheerfulness just robotic and to the point. Hey sublime, cupcakes make ppl happy and the servers should reflect that.

I have been going to Sublime for years and I have never had a bad experience. Their cupcakes are always moist, delicious and anything but flavorless! I love love love them!
