Purchased a clip it coupon to use, which said the clip it coupon had to be used in person.
In order to get the donuts, I had to place the order on my credit card. I went to the store 3 times about a refund to credit card, and the owner has not done it yet.
Very unprofessional since I have been waiting for 3 days.
Sorry but I this weekend for the st patty’s donuts, they were made so
Sloppy I had to complain. The work stations were so messy icing and toppings everywhere that the bottom of the boxes and sides of the boxes were sticky. Will never go back again. Mind you Donuts were for a party and guest were upset about presentation and taste.
great first experience at this location! My son loved his donuts. the staff was friendly, helpful, and took their time making each order special. We will be back
