I'm a local of the area and shop here all the time and have never had any issues until tonight. I'm a paying costumer. I come in, look around, buy whatever I'm going to, and leave. Unfortunately, I have a sibling who suffers from mental illness that loiters around the store and causes problems from time to time. I was not aware of this issue until we coincidentally ran into each other while shopping. I did my best to apologize for his behavior and asked the clerk (the Husband who runs the store) to please let me know if he causes any issues in the future, and had him leave the store. I then went back to shopping. Unfortunately, he returned again a short while later, which led the clerk to come from behind the counter and start boisterously yelling for both of us to get out the store. I get it. As a private store owner, he has the right to ask anyone to leave. However, I was doing my best to manage the situation and I've NEVER been treated with as much blatant disrespect from a place that I've been a loyal costumer to. As a result, I will no longer be patronizing the Brewer's Outlet. Very disappointed to say. Side note: The wife who works there is always a ray of sunshine and I have nothing but positive things to say about her! I wish the company the best in the future.
