This is the worst Burger King in York. It doesn't matter what time you get here you'll always wait and almost always receive an incorrect order. There is a serious lack of professionalism and urgency here.

This evening, I went to Burger King to try the new Brisket Whopper. The store was extremely busy, and I waited about four minutes for my foodโno problem at all. But when I got home, I realized the brisket was missing from my sandwich. Still, knowing how busy it was, I didnโt make a fussโI simply drove back.
On my way into the store, the manager (who I now know is named ๐๐๐ฌ๐จ๐ง) was walking an order out to a car. He saw me and kindly asked if everything was okay. I explained there was a little mix-up, and he said, โGo on in, theyโll take care of you.โ
Inside, I spoke with a young man named ๐๐๐ข๐ง who had taken my original order. He immediately apologized and assured me theyโd make it right. Moments later, the manger ๐๐๐ฌ๐จ๐ง came inside, asked about the issue, and apologized again. He personally remade my sandwich and let me tell you, it was perfect! The fries were hot, the sandwich was spot on, but more than anythingโthe customer service was SUPERB.
Yes, they made a mistake but they owned it, fixed it, and did so with excellence and a smile. Iโll take that kind of service any day!

The service is horrible full team and only two young men were working hard while their team is chatting and goofing around. Standing in line for 30 mins for something I ordered through drive thru is ridiculous, Managers are rude and disrespectful.

Letโs start with the ordering process. It took a good minute and a half for anyone to acknowledge me at the drive thru speaker. Once I started giving my order I had to repeat almost every single thing I said. The kid was so distracted and you could tell. Once I finally got through my order and I pulled around to the window he was so ignorant, didnโt say one word to me other than โpull around to the front and Iโll bring it outโ. I didnโt mind because usually that means fresh food. Ha! Fresh food? Where? Why did I even need to pull around when the nuggets were so old and hard that my dog ate half of one and wouldnโt eat anymore. Same with the chicken fries. Hard, old and just haphazardly thrown into my bag, didnโt even come in the box theyโre supposed to. I am beyond pissed that this is what I got for $25. And no, I didnโt go back to complain because it was 95 degrees out and I wasnโt about to complain and have my new food messed with. The people who work there only care about getting their paycheck, nothing else. Horrible food, horrible attitudes, horrible everything. And no this isnโt a new thing at this location. Donโt be lazy like me and just drive to the Cape Horn or Concord Rd location. Much better food and service at those locations.

The older lady who was working yelled at a customer in front of me. I had problems with her myself as she does not have any patience and does not put the customer first. She clearly hates her job and this location has no sense of urgency for their customers. There's a total of 5 guest here and 1 car in drive thru and they still some how struggle in assisting their guest in a timely manner. I go here every day since my school is near and i expect fast food but they always take FOREVER. It's so bad that I don't want to come here anymore but I just wish the staffing was fixed and the employees were trained better on urgency and being kinder to their customers. Extremely disappointed and tired of dealing with this

Everytime I come here they send you out of line to sit parked in the front of the building so their line is empty to make it look like they had fast service but in reality this place has horrible times.. there were 3 cars in the front today when I went and absolutely Noone else behind me.. they take my money then tell you to wait up by the front doors...always sucked. Food quality is very low aswell not like it use to be..I really think they went way down in standards

SMH! ๐คฆโโ๏ธ I donโt know whatโs going on here! People were getting our order mixed up, the place was dirty and we waited for 20 minutes ๐ญ๐ญ Itโs FAST food! Never coming here again!!! I feel so bad for the guy who just had his hip done and was managing the few workers in pain ๐ฅบ๐ฅบ
