When i walked in, I was greeted and asked if I was picking up. Told them yes and my name. Was told it would be a few more mins. I had a big order, so I completely understand. When I got my order, I double-checked it. All was great. When I got home, we quickly realized there were no tomatoes on anything, and we paid extra for them.

Sat and drive-thru for over 5 minutes to be told continuously that I would be taking care of only to watch car after car pull away to not be taken care of. Store ran out of burgers on super bowl Friday I know this personally because I am a door Dasher and was told and could not take orders because of this sure is not well will not deal with this store or location anymore.

Literally waited 45 minutes for two sandwiches ...20 minutes at the ordering menu...no explaination at all....no apologies...nothing

The order was made online. They made the order before I even arrived, and I live 20min away. I should have double-checked my order, but I didn't until mostly home. When I noticed half my order was missing and wanted a refund, the employees tried to start a fight with me. The employees blamed me and weren't going to give me a refund until the manager allowed it. This location is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, lazy, and shouldn't have jobs.
I asked for a refund because I won't allow anyone to remake my order, giving them the opportunity to spit in my food or worse. I made the right choice with their attitudes.

This place sucks u can't call them bc the phone number doesn't work they never give u sauce I odder $30 worth of food and got 2 sauce that I didn't ask for I want BBQ and for $30 dollars worth I should get more then 2 sauces.

They always have their sign and parking lot lights off, as if they want the least amount of customers possible. Getting fresh fries and meat is very rare. Angry faces at the drive through window is a normal occurrence. Avoid this location whenever possible, maybe they'll hire better employees or better management.

We ordered the new bacon melts and fries. It was about 10:30 pm and the store closed at 12 am. We knew we might be rolling the dice but we're hungry with limited choices. The customer service was just fine but the food .....the fries had been sitting for hours. They were cold, hard and mealy. The burgers were slider sized which is better for my diet but the bun overtook the burgers and there was a small sliver of bacon and a lot of sauce. They were cold too. They were out of unsweetened tea which is a thing late at night if they have to brew it so we pivoted to a soda. I wish fast food restaurants would follow the food sitting out rule and just because there are fries or sandwiches doesn't mean they are good to serve to customers. The money is the money whether it's fresh or stale and fast food places will run themselves out of business eventually if they are not only bad for people but the food is nasty too. Do better burger king please.

I just buy 12 pieces of nugget and they supose to give u BBQ sauce with it and l did ask for just one more and she told me will cost u $.085 cent a u serious l just spent almost $30

This place was ghetto as hell. The first thing you see when you pull up is 2 Burger King employees outside smoking and cussing and yelling at each other. You go inside. There's some poor girl in there working by herself and one guy in the back laughing. It was very very messy on the inside. Could have been cleaner. Once we finally got our food it was not good at all. At all. And then the guy that should have been running the front was outside smoking the whole time we were there. You could literally hear him yelling from inside outside. It was just all in all a crazy experience.
