Went to the Eagles nest as we do ever New Year’s Eve, and my husband got the crab cake platter and this actually came out in his red mashed potatoes, a grapevine, and all they wanted to comp us for was a dessert. We don’t eat dessert. No sorrys from management So unprofessional!
A bit disappointed. Love the space but my meal was nothing special. Mixed vegetables were good but only warm. Baked potato was warmer, but not hot. The star of the show would have been the crab cake but there was nothing special there. The menu says jumbo lump crab. If there was lump crab meat, then they shredded it up to make the cake. The food was amazing (Fisherman’s risotto), the bar did a great job with our drinks, the decor and view is excellent.
Highly recommend!!
The ownership and staff really make this an amazing place to grab lunch or a nice dinner.
