I wanted a Royal Parmesan chicken sandwich. The item wasn't even in their register system. I got a lousy chicken sandwich with a pickle, lettuce and some kind of marinara sauce. The place wasn't very clean. Finger prints all over the cash register. It was just a small indicator to me that the rest of the place wasn't very clean either.
Fast friendly service but the food is usually cold and the restaurant is usually dirty.- 05-25-22 up date, this place is slow as dirt, if they were any faster they would be moving backwards. Not sure if I’ll come

This place is always chaotic, service takes forever and the food is never accurate. You can’t hear on the intercom and they seem to get upset when you ask for simple things such as condiments. We literally won’t eat here often and are forced to go elsewhere for not wanting to wait over 10 minutes and get snappy customer service for food. This location needs a huge improvement and need to get their equipment upgraded.
