“My wife and I went with Ginger babies as a caterer for our wedding. We met with Joe last year, and we were able to iron out a menu that suited our tastes and budget. He was very easy to work with, and made sure to broach any potentially hard questions that could turn into headaches later. His professionalism really put us at ease, and showed that he truly cared about the quality of his service. When the wedding day started coming up, and we had some last minute changes he made it stress and hassle-free.

When the big day finally arrived, we were completely blown away with the quality of service, the staff, and the food. We received non-stop compliments on how good everything tasted, and while we were running around the venue the servers and cooks were phenomenal and a pleasure to work with. He listened to what we were going for and gave us a more sophisticated version, and the tasting was incredible! He answered all of our questions and worked alongside ur venue many times which helped tremendously along the way. As our wedding day got closer, Melissa was our contact person and WOW is all I can say. She was prompt at answering my many questions, gave me thorough answers, and was even there the day of the wedding to help set up and serve. The food was fantastic and we continue to hear great compliments about it. I love that the food they prepared was unlike the traditional wedding food and it will be something different everyone remembers. I can't thank artistic foods enough for making the food something to remember during our special day! The servers and the bartenders were incredible!
