They handed my takeout order to someone else. Then didn’t remake it when I said something they said it would be another 20 min so about a hour after my pick up time. I then had my info written on a piece of paper and told it would take 7-10 days to return my money for food I never got.
I will start with I do like Chili’s I ordered food for delivery to be delivered to my front door - because of recent injury I am unable to get around outside of my house. Door Dash (not the driver) contacted me twice by phone stating driver could not find my house I provided directions and intersecting roads.
