This is a very pleasant, clean, and efficient place to order and eat in. The establishment is connected to a Jimmy John's, so you will see many customers coming in specifically to pick up online orders. The atmosphere is quite peaceful and quiet—ideal if you need a moment of calm—plus they offer free Wi-Fi and the benefit of unlimited drink refills after your purchase.
The interior space is well-utilized: they have tables for 2, 4, and even groups of 8 people, as well as a more comfortable corner with two padded armchairs and a small table.
Access and Infrastructure:
The drive-thru access can be confusing the first time, as it forces you to drive around the entire building to find the entrance. The parking is somewhat unusual, with some spaces situated parallel to the drive-thru lane. A key point to note is the lack of a ramp connecting that parking area to the sidewalk leading to the main entrance, which is inconvenient for those using wheelchairs.
Accessibility and Restrooms:
While the restrooms are spotless, I noticed that the hallway leading to them is quite narrow; if a person in a wheelchair and another person walking try to pass at the same time, it gets tight. The restrooms themselves are accessible, but they do not have a baby changing station.
Customer Service:
I want to highlight the team: most are of Indian descent, and I saw two Hispanic employees. On top of everything else, I ordered the $5 Meal Deal, which comes with an iced coffee, a wrap, and a hash brown. For some reason that no one at the store could explain, my hash brown didn't show up on the order or the receipt, even though I paid $8.14 more than the $5 advertised. I spoke with a customer service representative and filed a report; they promised that someone would investigate and call me in a few days. Now, I have no choice but to wait.

If you need someone’s voice to brighten your day, head on over to this Dunkin! Not sure the lady’s name, but she has the sweetest voice and makes you feel like mom is giving you kind words. She’s a hustler and keeps that line moving. I hope I get her again at my next visit

Well, coffee was perfect-BUT- there was a black strand of hair approx an inch long that was wrapped in with my Bacon/egg/cheese muffin...unacceptable.
Solution: Enforce the old hair nets for women and for men with beards, PERIOD!

Went in Saturday morning. Waited over 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and still never received it. Saw it was taking over 10 minutes for people to get donuts. Service is absolutely horrible at this location. Do not go here

I asked for a six meal deal and the food was OK but my coffee caramel iced coffee. It was just filled with liquid sugar and I couldn’t even taste my coffee and I asked for a regular sugar not a liquid sugar if y’all don’t know how to make coffee don’t make it please and thank you

Ordered the Cookie Butter Cold Brew. Had almost no cold foam and no cookie crumbles. Was looking forward to this and it just tastes like cinnamon. Super bummed and don't think we will try this location again. I'll stick to Joe Street.
