Food is good, restaurant is clean, but even fully staffed with 7 people working in the kitchen they cannot keep up with online orders and walk ins. Turn off online orders if you can’t handle them! Was quoted 5-10 min of their website and waited over 40 minutes for my food. My lunch break is only 30 minutes ?

They rebuilt the 5 Guys and it’s way better than it used to be. I went in because I was hungry for a quality burger. The burger was great but the fries were already soggy by the time I got them. I placed my order at 7:09PM and didn’t get my food until 7:39PM. That kind of defeats the purpose of fast food. Probably won’t come back since there are other comparable places with faster service.

54 dollars for 3 cheeseburgers and large fries with a soda.There were about 11 workers in the kitchen, 4 of them doing absolutely nothing for more than 5 minutes at a time, 1 of them applying LIPGLOSS while standing in front of an open cheeseburger she was prepping.There were about 5 customers waiting for takeout with an annoyed look on all their faces and when our order took more than 16 minutes to be ready (with the amount of workers that were in the kitchen) I then understood why ppl seemed annoyed . The math wasn't mathing!Burger needed salt, fries were underwhelming ..Will not be returning

Packed place. Food was fantastic and of course the fries were top notch. Can't go wrong with the Cheeseburger and fries or the veggie sandwhich and Cajun fries!!! Wish I had gotten a milkshake to put it all together.

On Friday afternoon, I stopped to get 2 Dbl Cheeseburgers w/ Fried Onions and Mushrooms, Lettuce & Tomato, and 2 Large Fries, to go. On the way home, I had some fries, and they were TERRIBLE. The Fries are NOT the past FIVE GUYS' *great fries*.FIVE GUYS was always renowned for its fries, but the taste isn't there, anymore. They've changed the oil/ ingredient additives, -- or something -- and the fries now SUCK! Burgers are still good, but I won't be going back again.BTW, the order was $38.46 for 2 Dbl Cheeseburgers and 2 Large Fries. OUT-FREAKING-RAGEOUS!Buh-Bye, FIVE GUYS. After 10-12 years, it's a sad end to York's best Fries & Burgers place...

I grabbed lunch the day after they reopened. It was busy, but food came out quickly. My burger was great. I did the bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, lettuce, and A1. Yes, it's a little pricier than other places but it is quality and fresh.
