I enjoy heading to Handel's; however, lately, the store manager has removed the line rail that helps organize customers as they approach the store. Since the removal of the customer line rail, I have witnessed very close calls of conflicting moments between customers (primarily over who was here first). Please, Owner of Handel's, bring back the customer line rail for organization and a smooth experience in and out of your store. Thank you.
I had an issue at first, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they fix the problem quickly, but they also explained everything clearly and made sure I was satisfied with the result. I really appreciate how much they cared about turning the situation around, and I can honestly say the service has improved my experience. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and supportive help.
Honestly the best ice cream in all of york county, the wife and kids live all the flavors and the staff is quick and friendly. There's something for everyone. Highly recommend.
