Waited 33 minutes for an order that was not customized- just fries, burgers, a happy meal and drink. Watched my order sit on the back counter for over 8 minutes and when I asked what I was waiting for yet I was told milk and a toy. Then when I got the order they forgot to give the happy meal. I asked for it and the gentleman said I "should definitely check it", to make sure. This location has always struggled with ticket times. I would not recommend if you are looking for "fast" food.

Food was good but arrived with all topping on side of qpc box. They took out the fountain drinks so you can no longer get your own. Nobody was on front counter so customers had to wait till someone noticed you standing there. The womens bathroom smells like cat piss.

Had miss items many times. Like 2 hash browns missing from the Big Breakfast. Focus, people. I know your job is hard and can be overwhelming.
Fries, excellent. Big mac, excellent. Cost, way too much; two cheeseburgers and large drink more than twice as much as before covid.

They get one star from me. We had MULTIPLE orders and not only were we RUSHED but me lady in a green vest with a long ponytail kept slamming the window in our face. When they messed up my order they had the AUDACITY to tell me that they just “gave” me the hash brown because it wasn’t on the receipt, HOWEVER AFTER I WENT INSIDE THE MANAGER PULLED THE ORDER AND FOUND THAT I PAID FOR MY HASH BROWN no apologies at all. Not to mention the ponytail lady tossed our food into the driver side window to my mom!! RUDE!! It’s 1st shift and the devil was busy up in there.The manager was ok but still should tighten up when it comes to disrespectful employees. Prime example of why we always see McDonald’s on a viral video it must the the culture of the company to be RATCHET and disrespectful no matter the nationality or race.

This is one of those new McDonalds that are designed to get people thru and out the door. You can’t get your own drinks and you can’t even get your own napkins. All the people are hidden and avoiding you in the back. Stupid. Whatever McDonalds CEO thought this up should be fired. A restaurant should be designed in such a way that you want to come, relax and make memories with your family. This is dumb and seems to be only about making money not personal experiences.

I went on lunch break, literally 3 minutes down the street. I came to this McDonald's for lunch , and my lunch break is only 30 minutes. I drove with my coworker we spent 23mins waiting on food before my coworker received his food while I was still waiting on my food he left to go back to the job site so he wouldn't get in trouble. Well guess what I'm still here a whole extra 12 minutes on top of that 23mins before I received my food and on top of that my ride left so now I have to pay for an uber to get back to work and I'm late. They spent their time standing around talking and worried about the drive thru. You have to literally bend over the counter and yell in the back just t9 get someone to come to the front. Never again. Plus my food was cold food freaking job McDonald's close this location!!!!!
