Maybe because it was short staffed on a Sunday, BUT service was SLOW, and it's supposed to be "fast food." Myself along with a door dasher had to wait over 30 min just to get food! Not sure what the dasher had to pick up, but all I had was a big Mac and large fry......

The place was not very busy, there was a lot of noise inside the preparation kitchen,but they took too long with my order, and the fries were cold and not crispy, They attended to other orders first, I waited more than 30 minutes for my order. There were no glasses in the drink dispenser.

The manager Mr Wade was amazing even though I couldn't get my app to work he provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond mcdonalds standards to accommodate me. I appreciate the workers here at this establishment and wish them good fortune
