I'm waiting on my food at the Panera in York Pa on 1221 Carlisle rd. There are four soups with bread on the counter for more than 3 minutes. A lady name Christina came in to clear up the problem. So I over hear the staff ask Erin the shift manager to put it back in the pot. I then walk up and say I don't want any of that food in my order. It's been sitting there for over three minutes.
